Right now we live in a time when all seems upside down, people cannot physically interact
with each other, deaths have increasily risen and unemployment is a major problem, so it isn’t
a surprise that the way we learn had to change. Online lessons seemed like the best solution,
but, although it keeps up from spreading Covid-19, it is complicated to learn through more
practical activities without being there, for example, a speaking interaction between classmates.
Nevertheless, we should empathize with the situation and try to make the most out of it by
giving our best and working hard.

As we can see, having online lessons can be difficult, so don’t let technology be another
problem. To attend these lessons you will need the basic apps, like a note-taking program or
your university online platform, except that’s not all you’ll require. This kind of learning
demands other things, videocall or reunion apps, for you’ll have to stream your classes
somewhere.

We have already experienced a quarantine and a lockdown, and with that we’ve noticed that be
isolated may cause damage to our mental health. If you feel really overwhelmed with your
studies and the new situation, the best thing you should do is to find a task that may distracts
you until you feel calmer, sometimes is best to do a thing that motivates us. However, if that
isn’t enough then professional help should be considered. Remember, mental health is not a
joke!
