URGENT MOTION FOR RESETTING

Undersigned prosecutor, unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully states that May 30,
2023 is the scheduled continuation of the hearing for the above-entitled cases. However,
undersigned cannot physically or virtually attend the said hearing because he will be on leave
for an important personal matter to attend to.

PRAYER
WHEREFORE, foregoing premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed that this
urgent motion be granted and that the hearing of the cases be reset to another date.

Such other relief just and equitable under the premises is likewise prayed for.
