Re : Updated AIoT and Techlife Inventory Requirement and LDU Support

In order to maintain realme and Techlife product visibility to enable our customers to discover and engage with our products – all
realme CKE and Techlife Dealers are required to observe the required standards in terms of minimum inventory for the purpose
of receiving LDU support.

Note: LDU line-up is based on availability of present stocks.

I. Inventory Standard Compliance

All realme and Techlife CKE dealers should comply with the minimum inventory requirement listed below. Concept Stores for both
realme and Techlife should have complete product minimum inventory set. However, realme Kiosks not having approval to sell
certain appliances depending on mall assignment should purchase products allowed to be sold and displayed in stores.

Future additions to the realme and Techlife product line-up will require the usual 2 pcs. minimum inventory purchase to receive new
product LDU support.

Future additions to the realme and Techlife LDU line-up will have the following discounts:
• realme and Techlife products with SRP below PHP 3,000 will have full 100% discount support
• realme and Techlife products with SRP 3,001 and above with have 50% discount support

IMPORTANT
1. realme Account Manager must submit dealer LDU application via the “Dealer’s AIoT LDU” Dingtalk
approval before each LDU purchase whether from realme or distributor. Only approved LDU
approvals can have the LDU dispatched. AIoT HQ must track LDU per store. The Account Manager
must attach proof of purchase (delivery receipt or billing statement) when applying for LDU.
2. CKE, MB and techlife Dealers can directly purchase LDU from realme or distributor.

3. LDU is limited to one per store only.
4. If dealer purchased from distributor, the distributor cannot get the LDU from their sales stocks. Only
LDUs approved via the Dingtalk Approval “Dealer’s AIoT LDU” can be given by the distributor, and a
separate billing statement for LDU must be issued. The distributor must strictly use only LDU stocks
for LDU.

1. LDU must be placed in stores only and follow realme’s visibility standards.
2. CKE and MB Stores are REQUIRED to follow this LDU policy to uphold visibility standards

3. LDU may only be removed from display when advise by realme HQ. Notice of removal or
replacement must be given to Regional Retail Manager prior to action.
