How to make rendang

Material Needed :
• Rendang meat 1 kg
• Thick coconut milk 1 liter
• Brown sugar, fine comb 50 grams
• Bay leaves 4 pieces
• Orange leaves 4 pieces
• Galangal, bruised 3 cm
• Lemongrass, bruised 2 sticks Ginger, bruised 2 cm
• Cinnamon 2 cm
• Cloves 2 grains Beef broth 1 teaspoon
• Salt ½ teaspoon
• Long grated coconut, roasted until dry 150 grams

Ground Spices :
• Shallots 8 eggs Candlenut 4 grains
• Oil 3 tbsp
• Garlic 3 cloves
• Big red chili, remove seeds 2 pieces
• Coriander round 1 teaspoon
• Cumin 1 teaspoon
• Turmeric 1 teaspoon
• Nutmeg powder ½ teaspoon

How to Make Meat Rendang :


1. The first step, stir-fry ground spices until fragrant and cooked
2. Next, add the meat, cook while stirring until it changes color
3. Pour in the coconut milk and the remaining seasonings except grated
coconut
4. Stir until smooth, reduce heat. Cook until the coconut milk shrinks
5. Enter the roasted coconut, stir until thickened and browned
6. Lift and serve
