because of the pandemic, your company is more eager to assists its employees. Your boss saw
a potential in you as a manager and your boss tasked you to work together to organize a
Community Pantry

Applying the Four Functions of Management – Prepare a summary on how you will execute
the said project:
 Planning – What is the situation? What is the Challenge? What are your goals and aiming to
achieve?
 Organizing – How are you going to collaborate? How much time is it going to take? When will
it take place? What resources do you need?
