Appointment in Terms of the Company Health and Safety Policy Statement proclaimed in accordance with Section 7 of the Occupational
Health and Safety Act - Act 85 of 1993 and Regulations as amended.
POST DESIGNATION: HAND TOOL INSPECTOR
In your capacity as Hand Tool Inspector for Nestle, Estcourt, you are responsible to carry out all inspections in respect to hand tools and
keep a register on site at all times. You will be responsible to Mr. B. Naicker and the Construction supervisor.
You shall ensure that when becoming aware of any health and safety hazards in respect to hand tools that the necessary precautionary
measures are taken and enforced.
You shall further ensure that the requirements of the OHS Act 85 of 1993 are met all times. On identifying any shortfalls or hazards,
convey such information in writing to Mr B. Naicker and the Construction supervisor.
