UPON APPLICATION by Counsel for the First and Second Defendants for an Order pursuant to
Order 18 Rule 19 the Rules of the Court of Judicature,

AND ON HEARING the Plaintiff, a Litigant in person.

IT IS ORDERED that the Plaintiffs Writ of Summons and Pleadings are struck out as,

a) Disclosing no reasonable cause of action,

b ) Frivolous or vexatious,

c) An abuse of the process of the court , pursuant to Order 18 Rule 19 (1) of the Rules of the
Court of Judicature (NI) 1980 and the inherent jurisdiction of the High Court.

AND IT IS ORDERED that the Plaintiff pays to the First and Second Defendants the costs of the
application, such costs to be taxed in default of agreement.

AND IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that time for appeal of this decision is extended until 30th June
2017.
