Step by Step Procedure for Cancellation of Admission Offered through CUH-CUCET


Counselling

1. A candidate desirous to cancel his/her admission from Central University of Haryana


need to press Request for cancellation of Admission Button available in portal at
https://cuhadmission.samarth.edu.in/
2. He/She shall give in writing through email to respective Head of the department about
the cancellation of admission. Email ID of the department can be found from the
following link:

3. No other means/email id is valid for cancellation of admission.
4. After receiving the request of the student, the Head of the Department shall change the
status of the student from Shortlisted for Admission to Application Cancelled on
Applicant’s Request via HoD portal.
5. For refund of admission fee, student need to fill the prescribed Performa and shall send
it to the respective Head of the Department.

6. Head of the Department shall forward it to the Finance Officer with his/her remarks.
7. The Finance section shall process the refund of fee in accordance with University
Rules, amended from time to time.
