SERVICE ASSOCIATE AGREEMENT

This Service Associate Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered upon at Hyderabad on this 01st day of September
month 2021 year.
This Agreement is a legally binding document between the Company and the “Service Associate” (both terms defined
below). This Agreement will be effective upon your acceptance of the same and will govern the relationship between
the Company and “Service Associate” under this Agreement.
Please read this Agreement carefully, by subscribing to this, you indicate that you understand, agree and consent to
this Agreement. You, hereby, provide your unconditional consent of signing this Agreement to the Company.
This Agreement (together with all appendices, addenda, and schedules attached hereto this Agreement) executed

M/s. Modern Veer Rays Security Force (India) Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated and existing under the
provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and having its Registered Office at 6 th Floor, Atlanta Centre, Sonawala Road,
Goregaon (East), Mumbai – 400 063, Maharashtra, India, hereinafter referred to as “Company” which expression
shall unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof be deemed to include its successors, affiliates, and permitted
assigns of the FIRST PART; 
AND
Mr. Kukutla Gopaiah , Age 34 R/o. H.No.2-40, Muthyalagudem, Kusumanchi, Khammam, Telangana- 507159.
Individual, India and permanent resident of India, hereinafter referred to as “Service Associate”, of the SECOND
PART.
