Company Overview:
MANGO Properties was established in 2022 as the development arm of MANGO Construction,
specializing in mixed-use real estate projects. The company operates with sustainability as its core
value, where it leads the Egyptian real estate sector in the implementation of sustainable building and
green architecture, with Eweis as its first flagship project.
Eweis is is located in a prime location at the heart of New Cairo, with total investments of EGP 20
billion. The project occupies a total area of approximately 160,000 square meters and boasts the largest
façade overlooking South 90th Street, stretching over 1.25 kilometers in front of the American
University in Cairo. It comprises of 29 integrated buildings, including administrative, commercial, and
recreational buildings, as well as open spaces and internal pedestrian paths.
The Eweis project will feature a wide range of diverse international brands to cater to all needs. The
project houses the biggest indoor car parking in Egypt in its two basement floors at 100% of the land
area.
MANGO Properties derives its heritage from 30 years of experience of MANGO Constructions, which
delivered more than 200 projects, among which are El Alamein Towers, Maspero Towers, and several
projects in the New Administrative Capital.

Scope of Work:
MANGO Properties is seeking a corporate public relations agency partner with a proven track record for
creative excellence in strategic program development and execution. The agency's overall goal will be
to drive and enhance industry awareness of the ABC Corp. brand and industry-leading sub-brands
among current and prospective customers, competitors, trade and business media, industry analysts
and other key constituents. Core activities may include, but not be limited to the following:

 Press Material Development

 Media Monitoring Services
 Comprehensive Media Relations and Outreach
 Identification, pitching and leverage of speaking opportunities
 On-ground event support
 Crisis Management
 Executive briefing materials
 PR results measurement and reporting
