MANGO’s Trail of Success Continues in 2023 with new projects and partnerships

Building on a 30-year heritage of MANGO Group, and continuing its strong results in 2022,
MANGO Group extended its pioneer stature in the construction and real estate sectors with
new milestones to its rich portfolio.
Led by construction and investment giants, the group also upholds its commitment to
sustainability across all its companies, both internally on the organizational levels, and
externally in its projects and partners.
MANGO managed lately to reach new achievements across its 7 companies, solidifying its name
as a leader across its sector.
Expanding Regionally
MANGO Corp, the mother company of MANGO Group, grew across 30 years of operations in
Egypt, to become one of the top 5 Egyptian EPC contractors in the region. With a diversified
portfolio across different industries, the company serves various Egyptian and multinational
clients, public and private sectors, across the entire array of construction services.
With a current running volume of work equivalent to 47BN EGP, and a backlog of anticipated
projects of EGP 39 billion. Such portfolio enabled the company to implement its plans for
regional expansion, with the first step taken in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with the
establishment of MANGO Saudi.
MANGO Saudi operations started earlier in March 2023, and the company is seeking
participation in projects with approximate budgets of SAR 2-3 billion.
Strong 2022, Stronger 2023
Recently, Mango Corp., the development arm of MANGO Construction, achieved EGP 4 billion of
sales in the first quarter of 2023 with Golden Gate, its first project located in New Cairo. This
follows a previously successful year in 2022, recording EGP 1 billion in sales in its first nine
months of operations in 2022, and finalizing leasing agreements for 3000 square meters with 23
international brands.
The success in attracting various international brands before the completion of construction,
reflects the confidence in Golden Gate as a leading and sustainable mixed-use project in Egypt,
which guarantees the highest return on investment for customers and provides an exceptional
experience in shopping, work environment, and entertainment.
Achieving such a milestone is supported by the project’s unique features, in applying
sustainable construction and green architecture principles that aim to reduce carbon emissions
by improving energy and water consumption efficiency, contributing to the overall improvement
of the environmental quality of the community. Such principles are implemented throughout
the whole construction process of the project, from planning and site selection to design,
construction, operation, and building maintenance.
Building Smart Communities
Seeking to develop the project into a smart community, Mango Corp. signed a Memorandum of
Understanding (MoU) with Honeywell that outlines plans to incorporate advanced smart
community and sustainability solutions at Golden Gate in New Cairo.
The MoU provides a framework for collaboration between the companies, and paves the way
for the provision of smart city, community and sustainability solutions along with consultation
services for Golden Gate; Mango Corp. first mixed-used development, which will become
Egypt’s benchmark for smart communities.
This cooperation falls in line with MANGO Group policy in collaborating with the best partners
in their respective fields, in order to build smart communities across Egypt.
