1, Brief introduction:

After opening the carton,the kit is almost finished the assembly. We

tested the kit okay,the kit remains the state when testing.The connectors

remains the same without unplugging. The customers only need to

route the cables and connect the power supply from the right battery.

Why the RIGHT battery, check the voltage and rated current of the

battery,if any of the value is beyond the rated value of the controller, it

might works for a while,but it will not last for a longer time. So check the

controller’s specification and the same of the battery.

2, Trouble shooting：

Normally the most common error emerging is E07 on the display, its

because the controller needs to be fit with the motor. Turn on the power

supply, plug the two learning cables and the motor will be running at a

low speed. This is the learning process. Unplug the learning cables and

turn off the power supply and restart again. Keep the learning cables

unplugged. The system will be okay to go.

Whats does the learning cables look like? All the connectors are plugged,

the two cables left unplugged and bundled together are the learning

cables. Usually the learning cable are in gray color.

4, Attention:

! Please check the battery’s current and voltage.

! Please the check the controller’s current and voltage.

Our controller is okay with 36v and 48v,same the display.If the battery’s
voltage and current is way beyond the controller.It will be cease working.
