1. check the cell voltage on battery display whether one cell voltage

or all cell voltage lower than 3.0v.

2. a if one cell voltage is lower than others, please find out this

cell/module, and measure the voltage.

3. b if all cell voltage is lower than 3.0v, please charge the battery

asap.

Discharge high temperature

Check the cell temperature on battery display a. one or several cell temperature
higher too much than others. Check the resistance of the voltage sensor plug. b. all cell temperature have
no big diference, higher than 45℃. check whether the screws have loose or not. When charge or
discharge can remove the cover to dissipate heat.

1. When you have this error on display, check how much current on display at that time
or check the discharge current from cloud platform.
2. Don't overload. Don't fork with too heavy goods, at the same time run too fast or too high.
3. Check the threshold of Instantaneous discharge overcurrent sets reasonable or not.

1. First check the cell voltage on battery display. a.if one or two cell voltage shows
abnormal, measure the voltage of corresponding plug A/B/C on BMS. If the voltage
is normal, can change a BMS. If the voltage is abnormal, check the voltage wire is
loose or damaged or not.
2. If all the cell voltage is abnormal, maybe the voltage plug is loose. Pull out plug
A/B/C on BMS, then, plug in. a. If the 128 error doesn't disapper, check the lower
voltage plug. Note: we can change a BMS only after measuring the voltage of plug
A/B/C, the voltage shows normal. Or the BMS can be damaged.

temperature sensor cable

1. Check the cell temperature on battery display a. one or several cell
temperature is abnormal. Check the resistance of the voltage sensor
plug on BMS. The value of resistance is about 9.5 KΩ is normal.

2. If all cell temperature is abnormal, check whether the plug A/B/C on

BMS or lower plug is loose or not.

Charger communication interrupted

1. Change a charger or battery in good conditon. Eliminate the charge or
battery problem.
2. When you elimInate the charger or battery problems. Then, having a visual
inspection on charger plug / battery charge plug whether the pins have loose
or backwards or not. if no any pin loose, do next procedure.
3. Plug out the 8 pin gulg, and pulg in, then, change it check whether the
error code disapper or not.
4. Do a continuity test for the charge auxiliary wire.

relay failure

maintain procedures
1. For discharging & precharging relay check: first, turn off the display, at
this time, no power. the discharge relay and precharge relay don't
continuity. Don't beep. If beep, it is damaged.
2. Second, turn on the display. Do a continuity. The discharge relay and
precharge relay have powered. Beeping is normal. If don't beep, the relay
has damaged.
3. Change a same type of discharge / charge / precharge relay.

Can’t charge
Possible reasons

1. 8 pin plug (charge auxiliary plug ) is loose, and it doesn’t

8 pin plug connect tight.

2. charging auxiliary cable doesn’t continuity. (the rema

charging cable terminals are loose or pins are not in the right place.)

BMS 3. BMS has damaged.

X wire 4. The X port wire has damaged.

over discharge 5. The battery has been over discharged. The voltge lower
2.5v. Or the battery has been putting for a long time .

Find out the 8 pin plugs on PDU. Take a look, If no any pins loose
or out of place. plug out the charge auxiliary plug and plug in.
Make sure it is tight. Connect the charger again, check whether it
can charge or not.

2.2 charging auxiliary wire

Check the RAMA terminals are loose or not. If loose, you need to
make terminals tight. If the terminals are in the wrong place, put it
in the right place. After check the terminals,make a continuity test.
Make sure the charging auxiliary cable is conducted. If one
terminal doesn’t beep, it means it has problems. The wire has
damaged.

2.3 BMS

Only when you have eliminated other problems and you have checked the voltage of plug A&B on
BMS is normal, you can change a same type of BMS. When you have changed a BMS, check
whether it can charge or not.

First, have a visual inspection of X wire on PDU. If wire is abnormal, it need to be changed. If there is
no any abnormal, Plug out the X port plug on BMS, make a continuity test.

The battery has a low voltage. Check how low it is. Turn on
battery display, check the cell voltage. If the battery display can’t
light, check the voltage with multimeter. Charge the cell / module
with a 12V charger / cell balancer.

Cant discharge
Possible reasons

display 1. Battery display has damaged.

PDU parts 2. Fuse / DC / discharge relay / BMS / wire on PDU has damaged.

Modules 3. Modules has burnt or one / several sereies has low voltage

busbars 4. The barsbar / cables has loose or burnt.

over discharge 5. The battery has been over discharged. The voltge lower
2.5v. Or the battery has been putting for a long time .

When you turn on battery diplay, the display can’t light. You
measure the voltage of discharge rama, it is normal. Then,
you change a display in good condition. The battery can
light.

3.2 PDU parts

When you turn on battery diplay, the display can’t light.

You measure the voltage of discharge rama, it is
abnormal. You measure the voltage of main positive
and negative on PDU. It is normal. Then, you check
the parts on PDU one by one.

The battery has been over discharged. The voltge

lower 2.5v. Or the battery has been putting for a long
time. You need to charge the battery ASAP with 12v
charger/cell balancer.
