 Delivery time at Weave’s POP – 1 working day
 Subject Price can be changed after on site survey
 Minimum Contract 60 Months / 5 Years

ABOUT WEAVE SERVICES
Weave commits that every trouble happened (Weave’s system) will be repaired at once and the time needed to
solve the trouble.
 All networks are monitored for 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
 Lead time / Implementation Plan is 45 working days after receiving your written Approval

Quality of Services:
1. Time To Response :
Response time 15 minutes after customer complain
2. Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) :
Parameter to measure the average time takes to restore/repair a damaged system is 6 Hours
3. 24 Hours Customer service:
WEAVE Provides 24 hours Customer Service Department.
