What is the meaning of Cognitive Constructivism and social constructivism?

Cognitive Constructivism is a learning theory that focuses on
the mental processes of learners and their active construction of
knowledge. It suggests that individuals build their understanding
of the world through the assimilation and accommodation of new
information based on their existing beliefs and experiences.

On the other hand, Social Constructivism is a learning theory that

emphasizes the role of social interaction in the construction of
knowledge. It suggests that learning is a collaborative process
where individuals actively engage with others to create shared
meanings and understandings.
