MAJOR PROJECT
Construction, Erection, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning of Paint shop
Electrical engineer in (E&I) department in man power supply to Chinese automobile company Automation engineering Corporation.
The erection and installation, of paint shop instruments, machines testing/ pre-commissioning /commissioning.
 Spot lights installation their line load calculation and their energizing.
 VFD And Direct online Machines installation and commissioning in Morris Garages (M.G) paint shop in Air supply units, Oven
(ED, Sealer, primer), work deck PTED (Pre-treatment& Electro deposition), Spray booth, EMS (Electric monorail system) as per
drawing.
 Blower, humidifier and exhaust fan for air supply unit installation on location as per process design.
 Installation and commissioning of Limit switches, sensors (proximity, photo), temperature/pressure/level transmitter,
pneumatic/solenoid valve.
 Troubleshooting electrical system while testing and commissioning where maintenance of all these was also a responsibility.
 Power Distribution for paint shop equipment and review equipment cable calculation design and power factor correction.
 PLC input/output module, CC-Link connection and review of SCADA network drawing and preparation of final shop drawing.

Electrical & instrumentation department in Descon for refurbishment and commissioning of V-Power Tank (14,250,264.28 Liter’s Capacity)
in collaboration with Avanceon. In addition to it supervised the Electrical & Plant Department. Major responsibilities included review of
technical specifications for active/passive components, material requisitions & Coordination with Project Managers, subcontractors and
suppliers.
MAJOR PROJECT
Construction, Erection, Pre-commission and Commissioning of old Tank (14,250,264.28LTR) capacity
Successfully completed the Construction, Erection, Pre-commission and Commissioning of old tank SP (18).
Responsibilities included:
 Managed reviewed and executed site as per client requirement, scope and standards.
 Correspondence with client/vendors/sub-co during whole project cycle.
 Review scope of work its planning / arrangements of all resources like skilled manpower, OEM Field Service Engineers
/Technicians, special and general tools, consumables and spares required for performing pre-commissioning, commissioning.
 Review contractor scope of tank instrument its installation, testing and calibration.
 Excellent knowledge of online work to permit software(permit vision) in shell holding sites like drafting, verifying and authorizing
by defending / explaining work schedule and nature to the operation team SPL.
 Preparation of project schedule, Implementation of the project activities as per project schedule.
 Erection of tank, installation of instruments on flanges& tank nozzles, installation, pre-commissioning of all instrument like Level
transmitter (Normal & High High), temperature transmitter/temperature element, tank side monitor (TSM) and Highlight
recommendations as per applicable standards.
 Lights arrangement in outdoor and confined space, while confined space lighting was in environment where excess of water
was there inside tank.
 Voltage conversion techniques step down transformers for wet confined space power providing.
 Supervision of activities such as instrument cable re-routing and electric power transfer for passive components used in site.
 Electrical equipment’s maintenance running the site.
 LOTO (Lock out tag out) mechanical and energy isolation on site and made access to the nature of work in permit vision.
 Earthling work for office containers, welding plants, tank of the scope and scaffolding material so as to meet safety standards.

 Overhauling the site generator, main panel setting and relay setting on human machine interface.

capacity in collaboration with famous vendor Avanceon. Major responsibilities included review of technical specifications for electrical and
instrumentation scope, material requisitions & Coordination with site Managers, subcontractors and suppliers.
MAJOR RESPONSIBLITIES
 Star and delta motors cable specifying according to equipment power with LCS to DCS (distributed control system).
 Genet installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning and power distribution to sub-stations.
 Motor Cable insulation testing (Hi-Pot. & IRT) and continuity test for initially terminated cables.
 Induction motors maintenance and their re-installation in cooling tower.
 Maintenance of Grinders, Extension Boards, Distribution Board, Desiccator, Welding Plants, Drill Machine, diesel Operated
