*1: When “Scaled” is selected as the analog data format, the display of H.T. is switched from Upr_Lmt to UpLm/Scl, from Lwr_Lmt to
LwLm/Scl.
*2: Set value shall be set per analog output range within settable range in the table below.
When the analog output range is changed, check the set value and change it to an appropriate value.
*3: Setting via PLC is not available with EX600-SPR□ (SI unit for PROFIBUS).
*4: This function is valid only when “Hold/Clear priority” of the system parameter is set to Handheld.
*5: Some types cannot be used depending on EX600-SDN□ (SI unit for DeviceNet).
Cannot be set for EX600-SMJ□ (SI unit for CC-Link).
Allocated input / output size is changeable according to the diagnosis setting and connected EX600
unit type. The allocated input/ output bytes for each EX600 unit are shown below.
Allocated bytes
Unit type Abbreviation Description
Input Output
EX600-SEN# (32 points) SI Unit (32 points) 0 4
EX600-SEN# (24 points) SI Unit (24 points) 0 3
SI
EX600-SEN# (16 points) SI Unit (16 points) 0 2
EX600-SEN# (8 points) SI Unit (8 points) 0 1
*EX600-SEN# can change the allocated output bytes with switch setting.
*If there is no input byte, input size of master configuration must be set more than 1byte.
Diagnosis
The following diagnostic data is allocated to the top of the I/O mapping input data by switching No. 1
and No. 2 of the Setting2 switch.

Note 1) The channel diagnostics cannot be allocated to the input map. Use the hand-held unit for
monitoring.
