2022/2023 DRESSING CODE (ND1 & ND2)

The Cadet Regiment Committee and the Cadet Regiment Unit frowns at the attitude of most
cadets (ND1 & ND2) putting on various types of highly prohibited clothes, neck chains, shoes
and sandals including keeping of unkempt hairstyles and beards within and in the school
premises against the Cadet Regiment Unit Dressing Code.
This makes it difficult to identify genuine cadets and impersonators who may want to disguise to
get access into the school premises to perpetrate various crimes, and this will not be tolerated
henceforth.
It has been the standard that all cadets are properly dressed in their approved uniforms during
lecture hours.
The approved cadet dressing code remains:
ND1 ONLY

CRESTED cadet T-shirt/sail Navy and Black
trouser with officer’s shoe and Beret.
HAIR: All ND1 Sharks and Dolphins cadets (Male & Female) barb their hair to scalp.

MON - TUE 07:00 -17:00Hrs (07:00 p.m – Blue Rig, Beret, Rank and officer’s shoe
05:00 p.m.) (Complete Uniform).
WED - THUR 07:00 - 17:00Hrs (07:00 a.m – Half Liberty - White Shite on Blue Trouser, Beret,
5:00 p.m) Rank and officer’s shoe (complete Uniform)
FRI 07:00 - 17:00Hrs (07:00 a.m – DESOMATECH CRESTED cadet complete
05:00 p.m) track suit with canvass or DESOMATECH
CRESTED cadet T-shirt/Sail Navy and Blue
trouser with officer’s shoe and Beret.

HAIR: All ND2 Sharks (males) barb their hair neat low-cut and shave their beards, while all
ND2 Dolphins (females) with long natural hair should weave it all back style, and those without
long natural hair barb their hair low-cut without parting. Attachment, weave-on, braiding, colour
dyeing of hair is strictly prohibited.
By this notice, all cadets (ND1 & ND2) are hereby advised to obey all dressing codes in and
within the school’s premises to avoid disciplinary action(s) as all other forms of unauthorized
dressing code and hairstyles not mentioned above is strictly prohibited within and inside the
school environment. This is also to enable us identify and recognize our genuine cadets from
impersonators or visitors for several security reasons.
NOTE: All defaulters will not be allowed into the school premises from Monday 3rd April,
2023. Those who scuttle their way into the school’s premises will have their sandals and
other prohibited dress codes seized and forfeited and may face further disciplinary
action(s).
