URATPG 2022 COUNSELLING NOTICE FOR LL,M, (REVISED)

'A-lithe candidates who have applied for admission to Master of L,aws (LL.M.) co urses
[LL.M. & LL.M. (H.R. & V.E.) (SFS)] in Department of Law through URATPG 2022 are here by
info rmed that the admission to PG courses in Department of Law, University of Rajasthan,
Jaipur will be done through Counselling.

Kindly note:
1. All candidates should carefully go through the counselllng Instructions provided on
university website www.unjraj.ac.in
2. Candidates must note that participation in counseling does not guarantee the
admission as more candidates than the total number of sea ts to be filled are bei ng
called for the counseling.
3. Any candidate who falls to appear as per the coynseIHng s~hedyie no further
chance wm be given to him/her In any condition,
4. The total number of seats for LL.M. course are inclusive of the 20% increase as per
the university norms. Admissions will be done accordingly.

1, Course wise Distribution of Seats

 3. List of documents required
The Candidate has to bring following documents in original and one set of self-
attested photocopies of each document on the day of counseling:
i. Online Application form (Phase- II) & Score Card for URATPG-2022 .
ii. Valid Photo Identity Card (e.g. Aadhar, Voter Id, Pan Card, DL etc)
iii. LL.B./Diploma marks-sheets (qualifying examination on the basis of
which admission is sought). In case of CG PA/grading system, proof of
conversion of CGPA into percentage/ formula.
iv. Category/Caste certificate as applicable issued by competent authority.
Please note that following certificates will be valid :
a. OBC/MBC certificate issued on or after 17-10-2021
b. EWS category certificate issued on or after 17-10-2021
v. Certificate of Person with disabilities/Di fferently Abled from the
competent authority.
vi. Transfer Certificate & Character Certificate from the institution of last
regular course.
vii. Recent 04 (Four) passport size photographs.
viii. Migration Certificate (To be submitted in original within 10 days of the
date of admission in Department of law, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur
during office hours. It is necessaryfor the purpose of Enrolment).
ix. An Affidavit regarding no claim of weightage in qualifying examination
by those candidates who have applied for weightage.
4. Fee Structure
• After the allotment of seat the Candidate has to deposit fee through Bank
Challan in two days of the seat allotment after counseling. The fee

6. No person shall be allowed to enter the Counseling Centre apart from the
candidate himself/herself and no other person (e.g. parents, relatives, friends etc.)
shall be allowed to take part in the counseling process on behalf of the candidate.
7. Category wise seats will be filled through Counseling in order of merit as per the
schedule. In case, a candidate is absent or not present as per schedule in the
counseli ng his/her seat will be filled by the next candidate of the same
category in order of merit. Counseling will close after allotment of category-
wise seats.
8. After the allotmen t of seat in the counseling process, candidate shall
submit the fees in online mode through University website within two (02)
days. After submissi on of fees, the candidate must submit the receipt in the
departm ent of law within two days of submission of fees for the completion
of admissio n of the candidate.

9. Candidates must note that participation in counseling does not guarantee

the admissio n as more times candidates than the numbers of seats to be
filled are being called for the counseling.
