Print/Export the Procurement plan to PDF Quick Reference Card

The PDF version of the Procurement Plan is uploaded to IFAD’s Operational Results Management System as an appendix to the Design Report

The relevant print areas in the Procurement Plan template are pre-
selected. In case this is changed, check to ensure that you will be

printing the right sections to PDF.

Select the relevant section on each


worksheet for Goods, Works and
Consulting and set as print area.

The worksheets for the Procurement Plan are: Summary, Goods,


Works and Consulting. Other worksheets provided in the template

are used for reference and timeline planning.

Use the CTRL key to select only the worksheets that have
Procurement Planning data for the project.

You can publish the file by printing to PDF, or using: File > Print; or
Check Print Settings File > Export. The layout of the output depends on print settings.

Go to File > Print and modify the settings as shown here, click Print and save the new PDF file.
