from each other?

Connection
THE INTERNET HELPS US STAY CONNECTED

The internet can keep

people across the world
connected.
According Migration Data Portal, in 2020, there were
over 6.3 million international students across the
world. The students that decide to move to a different
country to pursue higher education are able to stay
connected and share life updates with their family and
friends back home very easily with the help of the
internet.
Important informations
can be shared faster on
the internet.
Social gatherings allow people to build new connections
with others or spend quality time with the ones that
they already know. The internet really comes in handy
when you're trying to share the information on the date
and location of where the event or gathering is going to
take place. It enables the information to travel faster
and to a larger audience which can bring more people
together.
Isolation
THE DOWNSIDE TO TECHNOLOGY

Spending too much time engaging with

social media can actually make you feel more
lonely and isolated—and increase mental
health problems such as anxiety and
depression.

More than 6 out of 10 men and 5 out of 10

women have a social media addiction.
1 in 6 teens has experienced forms of abusive
behavior online.
