Step 1

ii) Fabric inspection
iii) Trims & accessories inspection
iv) Shrinkage & pattern group summary
v) Fabric shade blanket & shade segregation
vi) Fabric skewenss test report
vii) Lab test report fabric & garments
viii) Approved trims, fabric & sample.
Step 2
i) Master file
ii) Size set procedure approval for pilot/initial
iii) PP meeting or QA instruction
iv) Finished pattern & marking board approval
v) Fabric swatch approved.
b. CUTTING: -
i) Marker & spreading check procedure
ii) Cutting accuracy inspection
iii) Bundle & numbering procedure
iv) Cut panel 100% check reports
v) Approved fabric swatch

c. Printing: -
i) Approved swatch card & sample.
ii) Ensure the print color, position & quality
iii) 100% check one by one before wash send & received

ii) Ensure the thread color, position & quality
iii) Ensure fusing & paper at under side
iv) Must be maintain needle policy system.
e. Sewing:-
i) Approved sample
ii) Construction & special buyer requirement check list
iii) Mock-up preparation
iv) Machine preparation
v) Static inspection procedure INLINE
vi) Roming QC check system
vii) End line inspection & report
viii) Garments
ix) End line final inspection(audit).
f. Finishing:-
i) Approved check sample
ii) Finishing input check shade, hand feel & dry process
iii) Pull test record before wash & after wash
iv) Garments trimming in & top side & check
v) Garments pressing & ironing procedure
vi) All critical process measurements 100% garments
vii) Finishing final check
viii) Final end line inspection(audit)
ix) Final shade segregation & assortment
x) Daily packing audit complete carton
xi) Daily sewing & washing record & meeting.
