Surprise party for Gertrude’s birthday

Dr. Dake’s shrink-ray (Horton and Gail are visiting Who-ville

Gail fell out of the tree and they are at the Who-hospital

Horton is setting up a surprise party for Gertrude and asks for Mayzie’s help.

Mayzie takes the opportunity to get revenge on Gertrude/Horton during the party

Dr. Dake liquifies the pillberry and grows the speck so the whos can come to the party.

At the party:

The bird girls and Wickershams are the band for the party

The whos decorate and make the cake

Sour Kangaroo is in charge of party planner

Horton is the host

The Grinch makes balloon animals for all the kids

Mayzie helps Gertrude find Horton by following the footprints to the surprise party (The River Walloo).

Meanwhile…Mayzie’s plan: Vlad Vladikof is wrapped as a present and when Gertrude opens it he flies
out and kidnaps Gail. The Wickershams, who are in on it, block Horton from going after Gail. Mayzie
confronts Gertrude about her issues. Sour Kangaroo puts Mayzie into a Sour-citizens arrest. Mayzie is
arrested and found guilty by Judge Yertle the Turtle.
The News caster puts out a seriously skewed story about what really happened making Horton out to be
the bad guy.

The bird girls are a secret spy society that helps catch Vlad Vladikof and put an end to Vlad’s evil deeds
for good…or for now…

Mr and Mrs Mayor become the official mayors of the Jungle of Nool.
