The Road With No Return (Short Story PDF written by Sapkowski)

1. Visenna finds Korin on a road, having just been in a battle where he killed a woman.

2. Visenna makes her talk from beyond the grave and she says she was trying to kill her.

3. The two go to a local town and join a rebellion against a locol group of vran.

4. They go to a hideout and find that the vran abandoned their leader, Fregenal, a mage.

5. Visenna knows him and he finds out that she's been sent by the chapter of druids to bring
him in after creating some mutations and stealing spells.

6. He leads them to one of his creations, is killed in the process before Visenna, Korin, a
rebel leader, and a vran take down his giant spider.

7. Afterwards, Visenna and Korin decide that they've both "for too long been aimlessly
wandering the woods and country roads by themselves."

o Visenna is definitely Geralt's mom and, although Sapkowski is open to the idea of
Korin being his dad, he never fully commits to that idea.

1. Geralt is training with his friend Gweld and Vesemir

2. They are going to meet up with the Cats to talk/exchange students?

3. One of the Cats provokes Gweld and they start sparring. Bandits run up, are told by the
Cat fighting Gweld that he's being attacked, and it all looks like the Wolves there are
going to be killed until Geralt steps in, calls the Cat a liar and Vesemir & Guxart (Cat
verision of Vesemir?) show up and break it up.

4. The king thinks the witchers are getting too strong and it turns out that he paid the
bandits. They're considering killing the witchers. (Cats just think king is helping them
beat the wolves)

5. Geralt and his buddies go out for Belletyen and the girls they're with take some of their
medallions.

6. Geralt goes through the Trial of Forest Eyes and overhears both school commanders
finding a contract giver dead and robbed. One of the girls from the night before pretends
to finds the wolf medallions at the scene. (The medallions belong to Geralt and Gweld)
 7. The Witcher schools have an exam where Geralt and Gweld are lined up are faced
against each other with swords. This is when Gweld tells him that the Cat school has
been exclusively training wrestling.

8. Geralt realizes that the Cats are going to attack the unarmed Wolves in the arena but a
court mage hears their conversation and makes Gweld go crazy. Geralt has to kill him
and the Cats attack, killing the Wolves, and then are killed themselves by court arbelists.

9. Geralt runs away on a horse and goes to Kaer Morhen to warn the elders about what
happened.

Baptism of Fire

1. Geralt’s healing in Brokilon and Milva is bringing him news.

2. Nilfgaard and Dijkstra are looking for Cahir

3. Philippa creates The Lodge.

4. Milva, Dandelion, and Geralt head to Nilfgaard. They run into Zoltan and co. Later, they
find Regis. Geralt feels helpless because Nilfgaard is far and heavily guarded

5. Ciri and Geralt can see each other in their dreams

6. Milva, Regis, Geralt, Zoltan, and Perceval are attacked in a town and split up. Geralt
meets Vissegerd who wants to hang him and Dandelion

7. Isengrim Faoiltarna recounts the events of Thanedd from the Scoia’tel perspective

Kovir throne. Yennefer escapes to find her.

12. Ciri is getting progressively nastier with killing, with Mistle, and with stealing.

13. The Lodge wants to marry off Ciri and explains Elder Blood
 14. G, D, M, R, and C meet back up with Zoltan and he gives Geralt his sword and returns to
Mahakam. Milva keeps her child.

15. The group is chased on a raft down the Yaruga, Milva miscarries, Geralt and Cahir help
Meve fight Nilfgaard and Geralt is knighted officially as Geralt of Rivia

Tower of Swallows

1. Ciri is found wounded by Tawny Oil (Stefan Skelling) and recounts the death of the Rats
by Bonhart to Vysogota.

2. Dandelion writes in first person that the company escaped Meve’s service to go to Caed
Dhu so the druids can find Ciri

3. Yennefer pops up in Skellige and Triss is there too?

4. Geralt and co. find beekeepers who tell them druids are in The Slopes

5. Ciri is taken by Bonhart, given a sword by Esterhazy, fights in the arena when Windsor
Imbra comes to take her to the baron. Ciri fails to kill herself.

6. Geralt and Co. drop beekeepers off at Riedbruien and are detained by Fulko Artevelde
who tells them about a half-elf planning to ambush Geralt. Fulko wants a criminal
leading the ambush, Nightingale, dead so he “hires” Geralt to do it and gives him one of
Nightingale’s old crew, a girl named Angoulême. G,C,A head to ambush spot and M,D,R
head to Toussaint

7. G, C, A are double crossed at the ambush spot by Artevelde and the half-elf Schirrú
escapes. He’s hired by Vilgefortz. Nightingale is injured in the face by Geralt.

8. G sends A ahead because C has a bad head injury and can’t continue. C confesses love
for Ciri to G.

9. Regis comes to help C and G. Takes C and tells G to go to a cave unarmed to prove
himself to druids. G finds Avallac’h and talks about Ciri and Lara Doren. G goes to save
M, D, A from bandits with Toussaint knights. He chases them into Druid forest where
they kill Nightingale and Schirrú

10. Dijkstra goes to Kovir to ask for money. The king, Esterad says no and tells him a huge
300,000 man Nilfgaardian army will attack in the spring.

11. Yennefer tries to find Ciri while in Skellige. She gets a diamond for communicating.

12. Dijkstra gets his money but from some strategy from Esterad

13. Yennefer tries to find Ciri while sailing a ship and disappears. The Lodge is a jerk.
 14. Tawny Oil finds Rience, Bonhart shows up with Ciri. Ciri escapes while the three of
them, plus telephone Vilgefortz, talk.

15. Fast forward to real time, Ciri kills their henchmen in Unicorn. She rides away searching
for the Tower of Swallows and Tawny Oil, Bonhart, and Rience chase her.

16. Yennefer’s story is actually back in time. She disappeared because of a trap Vilgefortz
made over that abyss. Yen is tortured and beaten the crap out of but only reveals where
Geralt is, not Ciri. Schirrú volunteers to kill Geralt.

17. Bonhart, Tawny Oil, and Rience chase Ciri to the Tower of Swallows. Rience dies.
Bonhart misses Ciri and she escapes into the Tower.

The Lady of the Lake

1. Ciri is in a world with King Arthur and Camelot

2. Nimue, Lady of the Lake, and Condwiramurs Tilly, an omneiromancer, talk about the
Legend of Ciri and Geralt, trying to find the truth.

3. Condwiramurs dreams about G, C, D, R, M, A wintering in Toussaint. G hooks up with

Fringilla Vigo. She also dreams about Yennefer’s imprisonment and how she defends
herself from Bonhart.

4. Geralt & Co. attend a festival in Toussaint where Dandelion (Viscount Julian) and Geralt
help Anarietta and Fringilla Vigo smash grapes.

5. Everyone is hooking up with everyone. D says he’s probably gonna marry Anarietta. G is
getting it on all the time with Vigo, who we find out is delaying G as long as she can at
the will of The Lodge.

6. Geralt finds out that Skellen and some other conspirators are planning on using Yennefer
to assassinate the emperor and then kill herself. The company leaves Toussaint.
Dandelion stays.

7. Geralt tells Fringilla the wrong location of Viogefortz’s fort and she looks like a
DUMMY in front of The Lodge

8. Avallac’h tried to set Ciri up with Auberon, the Alder King of the elves. He wants her to
have the king’s baby so it can save the world from another ice age. The Alder King
explains that they have to evacuate their world.

9. Auberon seems impotent and isn’t getting it on with Ciri. Eredin offers her freedom for
poisoning the king. She refuses.
10. Ciri finds the unicorns who tell her to escape. She sees Auberon one last time only to find
him poisoned and dying by Eredin. Ciri escapes, fights off Eredin on a boat, and is
jumping through worlds to get back to her own.

11. Jarre joins the military. He’s counseled by Zoltan Chivay, Yarpen Zigrin, and Sheldon
Skaggs.

12. Ciri is bouncing around from world to world, trying to find her way back. She’s chased
by Red Riders. Little Horn is with her but is separated. She accidentally transfers a flee to
Nilfgaard from another world.

13. Battle of Brenna. Too many small sections to keep track. Coën, the young witcher, dies.
One continuous section is Rusty, Iola, Shani, and Marti in a field hospital. Jarre his arm
amputated. Coehoorn and Nilfgaard loose. All in all it’s a huge turning point for all the
north.

14. Ciri comes to Stygga Castle to offer herself for Yennefer. Vilgefortz says no and takes
her.

15. Geralt, Regis, Milva, Cahir, and Angoulême attack Stygga castle to save Ciri. Geralt and
Yennefer attack Vilgefortz. Regis is killing ALL of the guards. Milva is shot and dies.
Cahir and Angoulême find Ciri. Angoulême dies by getting stabbed in the leg with a pike
and Cahir tries to hold off Bonhart but is killed.

16. Epic boss fight for Ciri with Bonhart. She kills him and takes the Witcher amulets from
around his neck.

17. Epic boss fight for Geralt and Yennefer with Vilgefortz. They’re getting trashed, Regis
joins in and is torn apart and melted into a pillar. Geralt uses to Fringilla’s medallion to
cast an illusion and kills Vilgefortz.

18. Geralt, Ciri, and Yennefer meet up. Life is perfect for about 3 minutes. Then Nilfgaard
shows up to Stygga Castle.

19. Emhyr talks long with Geralt about him being Duny and how Pavetta died and he rose to
power. He says the ends justify the means and wants to have a baby with Ciri.

20. Short excerpt about the Lodge feeling left out and Fringilla looking like the biggest
dummy in the world.

21. Geralt and Yennefer will continually try to steal back Ciri so, instead of killing them,
Emhyr allows them to commit suicide. Emhyr meets with Ciri, sees how torn up she is
about Geralt and Yennefer, and realizes that he can’t go through with his plan and
completely leaves with his army.

22. Emhyr falls for Ciri’s double, marries her, and makes her queen of Cintra
 23. White Rayla is super racist

24. Lots of really short stories. Hard to keep track. Flea spreads disease. Djikstra has an
assassination attempt on him. Boreas Mun, Djikstra, and Isengrim become friends.

25. Ciri is getting paying respects and getting revenge with Geralt and Yennefer

26. Yennefer leaves to talk to The Lodge. Geralt and Ciri go Toussaint. Dandelion is
banished for cheating on Anna Henrietta. Ciri leaves to be with Yennefer.

27. The Lodge wants Ciri to marry the prince of Kovir and have his baby. They vote to allow
Ciri and Yennefer to see Geralt one last time.

28. Geralt and Dandelion go to Rivia and see Yarpen Zigrin and Zoltan Chivay. A riot breaks
out and Geralt is killed and Yennefer dies trying to revive him. Ciri goes with them and
teleports to a world with Galahad where she’s happy.

Season of Storms

1. Geralt kills a grasshopper monster while using people as bait.

2. Coral, a sorceress, and King Belohun of Kerack talk about contraceptives and robbery.

3. Geralt is locked up, has his weapons stolen, and fistfights with some really gross ladies.

4. Coral, Lytta Neyd, pays his bail and he meets up with Dandelion.

5. Geralt is ambushed by men who know his swords are gone. He beats the crap out of them
with a staff and goes to see Coral.

6. Corla locked Geralt up and freed him just to flex. Now she tells him other sorceressess
have plans for him and that he has to stay in Kerack.

7. Geralt gets it on with Coral for a bunch of days in a row. She does some divination to
locate his missing swords. Dandelion recognizes the place and goes with Geralt to
recover them.

8. They meet Pyral Pratt who owns the little black market place they travel too and he tells
Geralt that his weapons will be auctioned soon in exchange for a show from Geralt.

9. Geralt is taken to an inn to meet with Egmund, pretending to be Prince Xander, King
Belohun's son, who wants Geralt to help him usurp the throne. Turns out to be fake,
Ferrant is there, and turns into a request to protect the king. They promise to get his
swords back so he agrees.
10. He returns to Coral, has his wounds stiched from the show he put on for Pratt, and then is
aked to go to Rissberg on behalf of the Lodge.

11. Rissberg is filled with male sorcerers who tell him to protect settlements from a demon.
Geralt finds out it's one of the other sorcerers pretending to be a demon and tries to kill
Geralt. He also finds out that they're crossbreading things and trying to make new
monsters.

12. Geralt is captured by the socercer pretending to be a demon, name Degerlund, and
escapes, loses his horse, and is walking cross-country with a dwarf named Addario.
They're going to Novigrad to buy-back Geralt's swords.

13. Geralt and Addario find a boat to Novigrad. However, they get on in exchange for
Geralt’s protection from an aguara, a shape-shifter, who’s coming to get revenge for her
daughter that one of the crew killed.

14. Interlude: Nimue is going to Aretuza and hears tales about the ship Geralt’s on a long
time ago.

15. The aguara gets her dead child back and Geralt won’t let her harm the crew. She says that
she’ll be back to get him because he defended those men. We also learn she can cast
illusions.

16. Geralt, Addario, and Kevenard van Vilet row away from the boat safely.

17. Interlude: Yennefer buys Geralt’s swords through a proxy at the auction

18. Geralt misses the auction and heads back to Kerack.

19. He meets up with one of the sorcerers who hired him from Rissberg, Pinety, who tells
him Degerland was only reprimanded and put under house arrest for pretending to be a
demon and killing a ton of people. He gives Geralt a Nilfgaadian sword, implying that he
should kill Degerland, and tells Geralt he resigned from Rissberg.

20. Geralt finds Torquil injuried and almost has his leg cut off because of Degerland's
sidekicks. Geralt gets mad and sets off for Degerland.

21. Otto Dussar, a werewolf, helps Geralt sniff out the entrace to the citadel under a
mountain.

22. Geralt kills the two troll henchmen, the crossbow sidekick, a grey monster that Degerland
made, and then fricken BRUTALLY murders Degerland.
