Business Development Manager (Fintech)

We're looking for a Business Development Manager based in Mexico City to play a vital role in
expanding our new Fintech products across Latam. If you are passionate about promoting a
people-oriented business and possess experience in business development in Fintech, we

What you will do:

Identify and research new fintech business opportunities across Mexico and Latam,
focusing on loans, payments, and B2C/B2B sectors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-
market plans, including impactful marketing campaigns, strategic partnerships, and
growth initiatives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial partners in Mexico and Latam,
fostering strategic alliances with processors, banks, lenders, and other fintech companies.
Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth optimization opportunities.
Prospect potential clients and cultivate new business opportunities.
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitors,
and target markets.
Build and maintain lasting relationships with partners.
Implement strategies to expand our customer base and penetrate new markets.

Requirements:

Fluency in English (B2+ level) to effectively communicate in an international work

environment.
5+ years of experience in strategy and business development roles, with a specific focus
on the fintech industry.
Proven track record of developing and maintaining strategic partnerships, driving
opportunities in the fintech sector.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to unlock cooperation opportunities,
and negotiating favorable commercial conditions.
Strong strategic and analytical skills, with a keen ability to identify and prioritize growth
opportunities.
Collaborative team player with a passion for creating exceptional fintech products and
