859580 - GR/IR FM account assignment not inherited from PO

Symptom
ATTENTION: If you apply this OSS note 859580; you will need to apply OSS note 923672 as
well. For release ERP2005 and higher, there are no additional notes to be applied.
The Funds Management (FM) account assignment relevant for FM updating during the goods
receipt (GR) and/or invoice receipt (IR) is not inherited from the purchase order (PO).
Instead, it is taken incorrectly from the FI document. During reposting of FM actuals, it is
not possible to overwrite this FM account assignment.

Reason and Prerequisites

Reason: Program error.
Prerequisites FM account assignment is active.
For release ERP2005, you will additionally perform the following activities:
Create function module FM_GET_PREDELIVERY_ACTIVATION with short text "Read activation of
predelivery functionality" with import parameter I_PREDELIVERY TYPE FM_PREDELIVERY and
changing parameter C_ACTIVE TYPE FM_PREDELIVERY_ACTIVE. Function group should be FMFA and
package FMFS.
Create include LFMCOBLF06 using SE38 with title "FM account assignment inherited from
purchase order" assigned to package FMFS_E and application "Basis". Delete the comment lines
so SNOTE can automatically apply the deltas; save and activate.
