 BBF Company has total Fixed Assets of VND 4,000,000,000 and Equity Capital

interest of 500,000,000 VND from VCB bank. As a result, BBF Co. has a positive
working capital ratio so the business has enough cash to pay off the bill, payroll, or loan
payment. In addition, BBF Co. has debt to Equity Ratio of less than 1, so the business has
enough capital for business; no need to ask for a loan or investment at present.
 As of 12 May 2023, the Net Sales of BBF are 1.315.795.000 VND. Gross Profit is

 Psychological Pricing: Shorten customer decision: When customers see this price,
they will be able to make a rapid decision. Most people, according to today's mentality,
will regret their purchase once they get home and discover they don't need it. As a result,
convincing people to acquire the product in a short time is important. Customers perceive
it as a discount product: Some customers believe they are purchasing a discounted product
even if it is barely less than 1 thousand VND. People love discounts and freebies, so using
all of these methods will drive them to purchase more:

 Optional Product Pricing: Customers can buy accessories attached at a lower cost
than the market pricing. For example, when customers buy a shirt, they will be able to
buy accessories such as brooches and ties at a lower price than the market pricing.

 Facebook: Establish a fan page, create content to post articles to promote products,

million VND will be awarded a gift voucher worth 5% of the product's value for
their next purchase.

 Discount for customers' birthdays: During their birthday month, old customers
will receive a 5% discount on the total value of orders purchased during that
month. Customers will also receive one birthday greeting card.

 Black Friday: On Black Friday, the sale is 15% off each product, when customers
buy more than 2 products, a discount of 25% off each product. Free a pair of socks
with every order. Perform flash sales on e-commerce platforms like TikTok and
Shopee. Sale off 18% in fixed time frames 0h00, 9h00, 12h00, 15h00, 18h00,

As of 12 May 2023, BBF Co. has cash of 900,000,000 VND and 5,000 US dollars.
The company also has:
 100 products shirts in stock, the expense of which is 500,000 VND/product.
 150 products T-shirt in stock, the expense of which is 350,000 VND/product.
 75 towel in stock, the expense of which is 400,000 VND/product.
 175 socks in stock, the expense of which is 50,000 VND/product.
7 - 12 May 2023, BBF Co. delivered a consignment to TikTok Shop Customers
valued at 53,795,000 VND. 8 – 12 May 2023, BBF Co. delivered a consignment to
Shoppe Mall valued at 37,000,000 VND. These two amounts of money should be
collected at the end of May.
1 May 2023, BBF Co. paid 70,000 VND/1 meter of fabric to BBTex exporter for
the materials with number of fabric is 5000 meters of fabric, which will be received at the
end of May. At the same time, BBF Co. gives materials and designs to Vinatex Co. to
order and package custom products with the cost of 52,000,000 VND. In addition, there
are additional costs for other materials such as packaging, clothing labels is about
1.000.000 VND/Items, unpaid.
To expand business, BBF Co. had a five-year loan of 2,000,000,000 VND with the
interest of 500,000,000 VND from VCB bank, paid at the end of each year, started in
2022.
The fixed assets of the company are valued at 4,000,000,000 VND, including
equipment of 500,000,000 VND. To current date, the equipment is valued at 70%.
