Conclusion 

           Overall, management of quality and performance is vital for generating products of the
highest quality that not only meet but significantly surpass client expectations. Business
marketers will only achieve success if they prioritize quality over quantity. Tools for quality
management ensure that processes and systems are modified to ensure the production of
high-quality goods and services.

           While for the corporate culture of Honda Company is adaptability culture.


Adaptability culture, as we all know, necessitates that both the management team and the
workforce have the same vision for the company's future, in addition to excellent
communication among team members. Honda Motor Company has an eye for its future. As a
result, the organization has grown more agile in addressing issues and rapid shifts in
consumer requirements. During the COVID-19 pandemic, many firms and enterprises failed
without a flexible culture, but not Honda Motor Company.

In the meantime, the problem faced by Honda Company is that customers lose their
trust in Honda cars. This is due to poor interior quality issues. Therefore, one of the methods
that we chose to propose to improve its management quality and performance is Feedback
Control Model. This method can surely recover the company's losses to regain the trust of its
customers. The four steps of the Feedback Control Model are setting performance standards
as the first step. Measuring actual performance is the second step, comparing actual
performance against benchmarks is the third step and lastly responding to deviations. \

           On the other hand, Budgetary Control is another method that we apply to solve the
problem. With this method, Honda Company can manage the costs contributing to the
deteriorating inventory deficit thus Honda Company can earn more profit.

           Moreover, Honda Motor Company, Ltd can also implement a functional-level strategy
to run their business. The actions and objectives allocated to various departments that support
your business level and corporate level strategies are functional level strategies. These
strategies outline the desired objectives of the everyday operations of various departments or
functions inside the organization. For instance, Honda can improve their purchases at lower
cost, negotiate the price of spare parts or components with their supplier and analyze the
performance of purchasing staff. 
However, to put a strategy into action, there are a few tools that Honda Company can
apply and that is Visible leadership, leadership is the primary determinant of successful
strategy implementation. Leadership involves persuasion, employee motivation, and shaping
cultural values to support the new strategy. Second, Clear roles and accountability. It has
been discovered that those who have a clear understanding of when, where, and how they
will achieve a goal do much better in terms of execution. Third, Candid communication
Managers promote their strategic ideas freely and enthusiastically, but they also listen to
others and welcome discussion and debate. Effective plan execution needs communication
with shareholders, consumers, and other stakeholders in a straightforward manner—lastly,
Appropriate HR practices. To meet strategic objectives, the HR department recruits selects,
trains compensate, and transfers promotes, and fires personnel. Managers ensure HR
procedures correspond with the business strategy.

In short, we believe that the business of Honda Company can expand larger than our
expectation if they applied to the method we propose and also identify the problem. Thus,
maximizing their profit and maintaining a good reputation in the market.
