This Independent Contractor Agreement is entered into on the date of

1/1/1500 at 12AM, by and between John Faustus, with an address of the

Devil’s Client or simply the Client and Mephistophilis, with an address
of the Devil, by leave of Lucifer Morningstar, individually referred to as
“the Party” and collectively “the Parties.”
The Devil possesses the following experience, skills, and/or knowledge:
a history of pathologically lying, empty promising, exaggeration of
truths, myth spinning, soul stealing, the hell binding of dead souls,
eternal torment, the entrapping of souls into deals irrevocable, secret
knowledge which includes: the granting of spells and magic, teaching of
the dark arts and all their sister powers, and understanding of the
cosmos, hell, heaven, and all beings that exist in those spheres;
blasphemy, wish fulfillment, wish corruption, corruption of the souls of
all living things, defilements of all kinds, power plays, power
management, power usurpation, power misplacement, the bringing down
and raising up of tyrants, emperors, kings, other power controllers and
their domains, hatred against all things good, and overall understanding
of the dark side of the human soul.
The Client requires the following work to be completed and wishes to
engage the Devil to perform such work as: An allowance of the living
and prevented molestation of the Client and their soul up to the
contract’s term end that shall be defined herein; permitting the Client to
do as they wish to do so during and up to the end of the term of this
contract; the constant and consistent services of the Devil as caretaker,
occult tutor, companion, infernal messenger, protector of the Client and
all their affiliates, personal assailant of the Client’s enemies, and
obedient servant at all times to the Client’s will whenever, wherever,
however, and for whatever reason the Client designs; to act as the
Client’s willful slave, friend, ambassador, and binder of this contract.
THEREFORE, the Parties agree as follows:
 1. Services: The Client requests and the Devil agrees to perform the
following specific Services: The teaching and exploitation of Dark
Magic, understanding of the universe, and to enable the Client in
their quest to achieve their goals, such as they design them to be up
to and including the completion of all the above stated works.
The Devil agrees to perform duties and tasks related to the services as
part of the Services. If additional services, outside the scope of those
Services set forth above, are required, the Parties will enter into a new
agreement or amend this Contract.
2. Compensation: The Parties agree the Devil will be compensated as
follows: The soul of John Faustus upon completion of this
contract’s Term.
3. Term: This Agreement shall commence upon the Effective Date, as
stated above, and will continue until 12/31/1524 at 11:59PM.
4. Independent Contractor Relationship: The Parties agree that the
Devil is providing the Services under this Agreement and acting as
an Independent Contractor and not as an employee. This
Agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, or any
other fiduciary relationship between the Client and the Devil.
5. Confidentiality: During the course of this Agreement, it may be
necessary for the Client to share private information, including
private concerns, past grievances with others, prior mistakes, true
birth names, and other confidential information, with the Devil in
order for the Devil to complete the services. The Devil will not
share any of this private information during the lifespan of the
Client or the term of the contract, whichever should expire first.
Any sharing of private information prior to or after the respectful
starting or expiring of aforementioned conditions does not in any
way hold the Devil responsible for any damages, damnation,
detainments, or other detriments caused by this sharing of
information.
6. Termination: This Agreement may not be terminated at any time
by either Party by any means, conditions, times, or specific places,
save by intervention from Higher Powers than Lucifer*. Any
attempts on the part of the Client to terminate the contract after the
signing of this document by praying, repentance, seeking
forgiveness or redemption, calling upon the name of said Higher
Powers, relying on the graces of said Higher Beings, will result in
the Client’s maiming and rending of their body and immediate
termination of life, regardless of whether the terms of the contract
have or have not been fulfilled. Hell does not recognize the harm
of the Client in any way as described as being in violation of the
contract on the grounds of it being within the bounds of the terms
of the contract. *DISCLAIMER* THE OFFICES OF HELL DO
NOT RECOGNIZE, ACCEPT, CONCEDE, ALLOW, GRANT,
CONFESS, REALIZE, PERICIEVE, DISCERN, APPRECIATE,
ADMIT TO THE EXISTANCE OF, AND/OR OTHERWISE
ACKNOWLEDGE THE EXISTANCE OF ANY HIGHER
POWER THAN HIS INFERNALNESS, LUCIFER
MORNINGSTAR AND HIS AUTHORIZED OFFICERS.
7. Representations and Warranties: Both Parties represent that they
are fully authorized to enter into this Agreement. The performance
and obligations of either Party that do violate or infringe upon the
rights of any third-party or violate any other agreement between
the Parties, individually, and any other person, organization, or
business or any other person, organization, or business or any law
or governmental regulation is the responsibility of the Client and
solely the Client. Hell and it’s associates does not claim any
responsibility from the consequences of the actions of the Client
during the fulfillment of this contract and it’s terms.
8. Legal and Binding Agreement: This Agreement is legal and
binding between the Parties as stated above. This Agreement may
be entered into and is legal and binding both in Earth and Hell. The
 Parties each represent that they have the authority to enter into this
Agreement.
9. Entire Agreement: The Parties acknowledge and agree that this
Agreement represents the entire agreement between the Parties. In
the event that the Parties desire to change, add, or otherwise
modify any terms, they shall do so in writing to be signed by both
Parties.
