Instruction: Analyze the text on poverty in the Philippines
to better understand what graphic organizer is appropriate
to use. All you need to do is to follow these intructions:
1. Read and analyze the excerpted essay “Fighting
Poverty in the Philippines”;
written by Fr. Emeterio Barcelon, SJ.
2. Take time to analyze the essay before writing
down some important
information from the essay; and
3. Using a dictionary, give the definition of some
essential words in the essay.
