Heat Exchanger
Heat exchangers are essential to many industrial
processes, including power generation, chemical
processing, and HVAC systems. Heat exchangers
transfer heat from one fluid to another, and their
performance is critical to the efficiency and
cost-effectiveness of these processes. The Heat
Exchanger Experiment setup with us allows
students to test and measure the performance of
heat exchangers under different conditions, such
as flow rates, fluid temperatures, and pressure
drops. The Heat Exchanger Experiment setup
consists of a test rig with a heat exchanger, a
pump system, and a range of instruments and
sensors to measure various parameters such as
fluid temperature, flow rate, and pressure drop.
To conduct a test, two fluids are passed through
the heat exchanger, with one fluid being used to
transfer heat to the other. The performance of the
heat exchanger is then measured and recorded,
including the heat transfer rate, pressure drop,
and overall efficiency.
