    A CRITICAL REFLECTION ON RELIGIOUS

    KNOWLEDGE
    INTRODUCTION
    Human beings receive various kinds of knowledge through different cognitive
    processes. The knowledge of Human being is always on the increase through
    science and philosophy which use reason and religion. In this paper I will deal
    with a particular type of knowledge namely Religious Knowledge. Many
    philosophers believe that religious knowledge is cognitive like any other kind of
    knowledge. But many critics deny it.

    WHAT IS RELIGIOUS KNOWLEDGE?


    Religious knowledge is a revelatory experience, a message from the absolute. It
    is a knowledge that comes from outside man that man could never have
    discovered. It is revealed knowledge because it is not discoverable and has no
    possibility of being discovered because it is received knowledge.
