Dear Sir:

We write on behalf of our client, Mr. Mike Ty, on the matter of your non
delivery of the services to the company.

Records disclosed that our Company contracted your services last 2020
wherein you received an advance payment of Php 100,000.00. Despite
repeated follow ups, you failed and continuously fail to render the agreed
services.

Accordingly, FIRST DEMAND is hereby made upon you to return the said


amount within FIFTEEN (15) days from receipt of this letter. Otherwise,
we will be constrained to file the necessary legal action against you to return
the money paid by our client.

Should you decide to finally settle this amicably, our client through our
Administration Office and Bills and Collection Department are more than
willing to confer with you in the days to come.

We trust that you will give this matter your prompt and preferential
attention to avoid the expense and inconvenience of litigation.
