REGISTRATION FEES

1. Registrar Fees are based on a sliding scale “Buy-Rate”

Registrar will be extended a buy-rate for domain names registered as specified in
the “Registrar Buy Rate” tables below. Registrar may markup the price of a
domain registration, for a profit.

2. Domain-Name Initial Registration Fee

Registry Operator will charge Registrar the specified “buy-rate” per year for each
domain name registered (the "Initial Registration Fee") in the Registry ccTLD.
The Initial Registration Fee shall be paid in full by Registrar sponsoring the
domain name upon receipt of corresponding invoice from Registry Operator.

3. Domain-Name Renewal Fee

Registry Operator will charge Registrar the specified “buy-rate” per year for each
domain name registration renewal (the "Renewal Fee") in the Registry ccTLD.
The Renewal Fee shall be paid in full by Registrar sponsoring the domain name
upon receipt of corresponding invoice from Registry Operator.

3. Fees for Transfers of Sponsorship of Domain-Name Registrations

Where the sponsorship of a domain name is transferred from one Registrar to
another Registrar, Registry Operator will require the registrar receiving the
sponsorship to request a renewal of one year for the name. In connection with
that extension, Registry Operator will charge a Renewal Fee for the requested
extension as provided in item 3 above. The transfer shall result in an extension
according to the renewal request, subject to a nine-year maximum on the future
term of any domain-name registration. The Renewal Fee shall be paid in full at
the time of the transfer by the Registrar receiving sponsorship of the domain
name.

4. Registrar Invoice
Registry Operator will invoice Registrar for the applicable Registrar Fees on
approximately the 1st of each month for the previous months domain
registrations.

5. Variable Fees
The pricing for initial and renewal registrations set forth above may be adjusted
by Registry Operator upon 30-days written notice to Registrar.

6. Domain Name Registration Fees
The registration fee charged for domains may be determined by Registrar,
however may not exceed the retail prices offered by Registry Operator via its
own Website (www.dot.tk), which are currently as low as USD 6.95 per year for
“Standard Domains” and up to USD 2500.00 per year for “Special Domains”.

7. Bulk Transfer Fee

For a bulk transfer approved by Registry Operator under Section B- Approved
Transfer of Exhibit B, Registry Operator will charge the gaining registrar USD 0
(for transfer of 50,000 names or fewer) or USD 50,000 (for transfers of more than
50,000 names).

8. Factors used to Determine Registrar’s Volume Discount

Once a Registrar has achieved the required volume to obtain a greater discount,
the Registrar remains at that discount rate until they either; (a): achieve the next
breakpoint in volume registrations, thereby increasing their discount rate or (b):
loses volume (which can occur in situations such as losses to other Registrars or
losses due to termination/non-renewal of domains), in which case they will move
back to the appropriate lower discount level based on their current volume.

9. Multi-Year Registrations
Registrants may register PAIDDOMAIN.TK and/or SPECIALDOMAIN.TK
domains for a minimum of one (1) year and a maximum of nine (9) years.
Registrants receive multi-year discounts for any registrations, which exceed one
(1) year. The discount is calculated during the registration process according to
the length of their license, which may be 3, 4, 5 or 9 years in length.

Registrar’s Discount applies to the registrant’s final discounted registration fee.

Registrar Buy Rates “Special Domains” (SPECIALDOMAIN.TK domains):

*Note that SPECIALDOMAIN.TK domains require Registration Fees of between

USD 25 and USD 2,500 per year and also have a minimum requirement of a
one-year Registration period. For purposes of this example, we will assume only
USD 25 per year registrations for the minimum one-year term.
