Gradweyt ng K to 12: Masigasig sa mga pangarap at Matatag
sa mga Pagsubok.
Pursuing Dreams, and Fostering Resilience in the face of
adversity.
Your class is the toughest class to have ever graduated
Senior High School in recent history. You started at your
Senior High School journey when the Covid 19 Pandemic hit
the country. You survived Covid, lackdowns, online classes.
You have gone through vaccines. You have been through so
much and have come out stronger for the experience. And
now you are alive and kicking! You are graduating and more
than ready to face the real world, because you already have.
| survived, you survived , we survived it is the Lord make all
things possible no matter how many adversities we have to
face.
lam so happy today because | could see myself in you when
| was a student like you before. | keep myself pursue my
dreams, and help myself to be resilient in facing the giants of
life. Twelve years ago | whispered prayer to God. | said, |
should be here again as Guest Speaker, and God made
possible , and it is happening now.See? How powerful when someone has a dream even though
you dont know what comes along your way, but you have to
stick on your target to achieve what you prayed for. Being on
the top pushed me to study so hard, and maintain my grades
for my scholarship. Throughout the process of overcoming
challenges, | have a will continue to achieve exceptional
grades . | deserve the scholarship because | have the
ambition and perseverance to achieve my goals, all the while
conquering any circumstances | encounter.
Until now, thank you is never enough how thankful | am to my
teachers who molded me and inspires me to be like them. (
mention their names) They believed that | can, that is why, |
strive so hard, always reminded of what Ma'am Fe Buchan
shared in our English Class, "Success is sweet and sweeter
if long delayed and gotten through many struggles and
defeats - Amos Bronson Alcott" no matter how difficult it is,
keep pursuing on your dreams , for sure you can taste how
sweet is your success.
To Mrs. Antonina B. Camingue, thank you for making me the
BEST IN SCIENCE , to Mrs. Argoldenia C. Edradan, thank you
for being my English Teacher and Journalism adviser,
because of you, | learned to construct a sentence, write an
essay and speak boldly in front of many people, to Ms. Fe
Buchan, who became my newspaper, my book, my google ,
thanks a lot for introducing me many authors, to Mrs. ELsa D.
Cotiangco for your patience in teaching me understand the
integers and solve x and y, to Mr. Hipolito S. Tigao, who instill
the value of going to church and show my index card asattendance for sunday service, to Mrs. Prosita J. Arlan, the
best story teller with matching tears because of pandiwa,
panaguri , pang abay, to all my mentors thank you and thank
you,
You start dreaming and that's the time you start believing in
yourself. | tell you that Graduates! When you dream, you have
to help yourself believe that you can. That's my secret. Stay
strong! Don't give up! Trials will only serve as the spice of
your wonderful challenging life. Enduring and enjoying the
pain.
To become resilient , you need to have the ability to face and
cope with adversity, adapt to change, renew, learn and grow
from setbacks.
Today is a day of celebration. A day to thank those who
helped you get there nurtured you , taught you, cheered on
you and dried your tears, and accepted your millenial
attitudes.
And you don't have to stop there! This graduation has already
shown us how capable we all are of accomplishing our goals
when we commit ourselves to them. | hope all of us here
today can take this personal accomplishment as an example
of how anything is truly possible when we put our minds to it.
As you continue your lives, take each new problem on with
confidence, knowing that you have achieved great heights
and are equipped with the necessary tools to tackle your
future. It's always been about what you become and how
something horribly bad this year made you stronger for
tomorrow and for the future.Allow me to end my speech sharing the word of God that
says in Galatians 6: 9" Let us not become weary in doing
good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do
not give up " To God be all the glory! Congratulations Batch
2022 Graduates!
