Imperva Sales Learning Path

Overview
The current Imperva learning path for sales roles offers several tracks based on the cybersecurity
solutions you focus on in your business. While not mandatory, these courses are recommended for partner
technical roles as well.

 The Imperva Partner Overview course provides a general overview of working with Imperva as
a Channel partner. It is required before taking any additional courses in the series.
 The Create Demand series focuses on helping you identify opportunities with Imperva and
submitting a BANT qualified deal registration.
 The Drive Sales series focuses on taking an opportunity from deal registration to the next stages
of the customer conversation.

The graphic below shows the prerequisite structure for sales trainings on the Partner University.

The information below provides more detail on working through the Imperva solution learning paths.

If you attempt to take a course out of the sequence listed below you will not be able to register for the
course. Instead, you will see a message informing you of the prerequisite course needed.

 The course “Imperva Partner Overview” is mandatory for all other courses.
 Network Security Track
1. Complete the Imperva Partner Overview Course
2. Complete the Create Demand – DDoS for Networks course
3. Complete the Drive Sales – Network Protection course
 Data Security Track
1. Complete the Imperva Partner Overview course
2. Complete the Create Demand – Data Security course
3. Complete the Drive Sales – Data Security Fabric course
 Application Security Track
1. Complete the Imperva Partner Overview Course
2. Complete the Create Demand – Web Application and API Protection (WAAP) course
3. Complete the Drive Sales – WAAP – Foundation course
4. At this point you can elect to take either or both of the courses below:
 Drive Sales – WAAP – API Security
 Drive Sales – WAAP – WAF Gateway
 Submitting a BANT Qualified Deal Registration
