About
KEDARNATH
Kedarnath is a town in Rudraprayag district in the state of

Uttarakhand in India and has gained importance because of

the Kedarnath Temple. It is approximately 86 kilometres

from Rudraprayag, the district headquarter. It is a Nagar

panchayat in the Rudraprayag district. Kedarnath is the most

remote of the four Chota Char Dham pilgrimage sites. It is

located in the Himalayas, about 3,583 m (11,755 ft) above sea

level near the Chorabari Glacier, which is the source of the

Mandakini river. The town is flanked by snow-capped peaks,

most prominently the Kedarnath Mountain. The nearest road

head is at Gaurikund about 16 km away. The town suffered

extensive destruction during June 2013 from the Flash Floods

caused by torrential rains in Uttarakhand state.

Pickup from pre-decided location and drive towards

It's an overnight journey.

DAY Reach Guptkashi/Sonprayag

1 Reach Guptkashi/Sonprayag check in to our hotel in the evening

(3-4 pm) and take rest.
Explore Guptkashi/ Sonprayag on your own, a place nestled in the
lush green Mandakini river valley that has an abundance of
magnolia flowers and several significant temples.
Have delicious dinner at the hotel
And brace yourselves the next day for Kedarnath trek.

Trek for Kedarnath

DAY
2 Wake up early in the morning (4-5:00 am) and hop outside for
scrumptious breakfast at Gaurikund traversing Sonprayag
Once you reach Gaurikund then you’ll verify your documents at
the authority and all set to trek for 8-10 hours surrounded by
nature and healing words “OM”
Now, we are all set for the 17 km. Kedarnath trek. Tourists can
either opt for horses/Doli at their own expenses.
Reach by evening and pay respect at Shankaracharya Samadhi
and attend the evening Aarti.

 DAY Kedarnath to Sonprayag/Guptakashi

3 Next morning, wake up and bid prayers to Kedarnath.

While descending down the trek, have breakfast (at your won
expense)
Descend down the trek to see Gaurikund hot spring.
Head towards Sonprayag/Guptkashi
Stay in hotel, and have dinner.

DAY Leaving for Govind Ghat/ Badrinath

4 Breakfast checkout and drive to our next destination which is

base camp for our Badrinath Darshan.
Arrive govindghat or Badrinath Check-in in to the hotel,
proceed to visit Badrinath temple Dinner and Overnight in
Hotel.

DAY Badrinath Mana Rishikesh

5 Start your day with delicious morning breakfast, After breakfast

check out then proceed to get Darshan of Badrinath Ji(If you
Missed it on previous day) and explore Mana the last Indian
Village. (we take you only to the entrance of mana village)
After visit Mana village move towards Rishikesh.
Reach Rishikesh/rudraprayag by late night,(AS PER THE
SITUATION) Check-in in to your Hotel/Camp. Have dinner and
Overnight in Hotel/Camp.
have dinner and get yourself ready for last day of trip.

6 Have breakfast Check-out and explore rishikesh , pit stop for
river rafting then witness the famous aarti in haridwar/rishikesh
move for Delhi till 8:00 PMwe’ll all set to leave for Delhi.

 CANCELLATION POLICY

No Refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking

amount for any cancellations.
However, If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date
of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation
fees.
If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of
the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation
fees.
If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date
of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation
fees.
In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government
restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such
cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate
feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the
same.
 TERMS AND CONDITIONS
WB is not responsible for any delay or alterations in the program or
indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as natural hazards, accidents,
weather conditions, landslides, political closure/ any untoward incident.
WB and its organisers strictly prohibit the utilisation of any Narcotics and
Banned Substances during the tours and would not be responsible for
any adversities due to the same.

Weapon, Fireworks and toxic substances are not allowed at this Tour
Management would not be responsible for any person who has been
found guilty under the Indian Law. Please cooperate with us in keeping
the environment clean and safe.

All guests must carry a Govt. issued Valid ID Card Registrations/Tickets

once booked cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded. WB is not
responsible for your whereabouts or safety if you are outside the hotel
premises.

WB won't be responsible for any loss or damage of Goods belonging to

the travellers. Management accepts no responsibility for injuries or the
loss/theft of any personal property during the tour. The organisers
(Wandererbeing) reserve the rights to evict any traveller anytime without
any refund, if his/her actions violates any hotel rules or in case of any
misbehaviour with our co travellers.

WB is not responsible for any delay or alterations in the program or

indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as natural hazards, accidents,
weather conditions, landslides, political closure/ any untoward incident.

Only travellers staying with WB will be allowed Hotel & if you intend to
bring guests from outside, you have to pre-notify us. If the trip gets
cancelled by WB due to any new guidelines or some changes or
government precautions on Covid-19,

The booking amount i.e. INR 6000/- will get refunded to the respective
traveler. But, the train cancellation charges will apply i.e. to be paid by
the traveler himself/herself (as per the govt, say)-the amount will be
deducted from INR 6000/- & rest amount will be refunded. (we won't
take any extra charges from you for our personal loss)

If the traveler plans to change the property for stay after reaching there,
in that case, guest have to pay full amount for the new property she/he
has paid rest of the amount then, only 50% of the amount will be
refunded to the traveler. (booking amount still remains non-refundable
L.E. INR 6000/-) If the Traveler wants to extend the tour on personal
basis then s/he needs to make a confirmation by their parents/ guardian
for
the same & responsibility of the company ends at this point of time.

travelling to check-in to check-out.
