[1]Features: is one of the leading cloud-based video conferencing software applications that
you can use to virtually meet with others. It allows you to virtually interact with your co-
workers while having live chats and allows you to record those sessions.

[1]Benefits: Up to 100 interactive video participants and 10,000 read-only attendees can be
part of a meeting. Everyone in the meeting can have their video broadcast, the participant
can join a meeting instantly, it has multiple sharing capabilities, including screens, desktops,
and applications. You can also send text, image, or audio files.

[2]Limitations: there is a 40-minute time limit for meetings. requires high processing power,
this can quickly drain your battery if your computer or phone isn't plugged in. Performance
depends on Internet capacity.

MS. Team
[3]Features: It is a chat-based collaboration platform complete with document sharing,
online meetings.

Benefits: It offers individual and group chats; you can also hold video conferences for up to
250 users per session. Files and conversations in Teams channels are saved in the Microsoft
365 cloud.

Limitations: The number of channels allowed is only 100 per team. In the absence of a
unified search tool, it does not provide sufficient notification. [3]

Discord
[4]Features: is a platform for people with similar interests to share and communicate. allows
friends to chat by voice, video, or text, and join the servers where larger communities meet.

[5]Benefits: It allows you to create free, private, or public servers. It works on mobile
devices, computers and game consoles and allows you to easily share your live screen and
enable text, audio, and video chat.

Limitations: Real-time communication is difficult to control. Audio and video streams


disappear right after they happen. The platform is not suitable for very young children.
