What is the meaning of the wealth gap?

Whereas the wage gap is the difference in earnings from labor among different races
and ethnicities, the wealth gap describes the disparity of cumulative assets across
races and ethnicities. This disparity results from differences in income and in the
historical accumulation of assets across generations.

Disparity is the condition of being unequal, and a disparity is a noticeable difference.

Disparity usually refers to a difference that is unfair: economic disparities exist
among ethnic groups, there is a disparity between what men and women earn in the
same job.

"The house of my dreams or My dream house":

The house of my dreams wouldn't be a big one with golden

furniture, I prefer a cottage (chalet) in nature/surrounded by
nature, near a river with lots of trees. It would be a wooden house,
with big windows and a beautiful garden. Inside the house, I would
love to have a fireplace made of rocks and a white kitchen. The
view from the spacious and cozy bedrooms would be to watch
the epic sunset or sunrise (I love both) . On the rooftop, it would
have/there would be a little library. The house would have solar

😍
energy and water treatment to be environmentally friendly. This
would definitely be the house of my dreams

My dream house

I lived in a flat in the city center when I was in my hometown. There are a lot of advantages
when you're living in the city center. But I would like to build my own cottage in the country in
the future. Because the city center is so noisy, with terrible traffic and air pollution. It would
be a 2nd floor wooden house, with a cute patio. I would Drink my morning coffee there
everyday. :)
I prefer spacious and very light and big windows. I think the most important thing of human
happiness is to rest well, so It is gonna be spacious and cozy. I believe that if humans rest
well they can be more energetic. I would buy a massive, comfy mattress in my bedroom.
