Household chores? No big deal! In my family we have no problems with it.
Every Sunday evening we have a little meeting in our kitchen. We discuss all
the things we have to do and then we make a weekly plan. And you know the
plan works well.

My name is Alan. I have to make my bed every day and to tidy up my room
once a week. I usually do it on Saturday morning. I also have to lay the table
but not to clear it. My sister Vicky does it. We all look after our dog. Its name is
Rex. My sister and I usually feed the dog. My parents take it for a walk (usually
twice a day). My mum typically does the cooking and ironing. Dad does the
vacuum cleaning and takes the garbage out on Tuesdays and Fridays. You
know what I really hate? Washing up. Luckily, everybody has to do it. We take
turns.

1. There aren’t any problems with household chores in Alan’s family.

2. Alan usually tidies up his room once a week.
3. Alan’s parents don’t take the dog for a walk.
4. Alan doesn’t like doing the washing up.
