    This is in reference to my order AMPCOM 12-Port Mini Patch Panel with Wall Mount Bracket.

    We opened the shipment today June 12, 2022 around 9:30am with the presence of the delivery
    rider Mr. Jestony Jacinto, and found that you sent us the wrong item which we never ordered. I
    ordered AMPCOM 12-Port Mini Patch Panel with Wall Mount Bracket and fully paid with amount
    of 573.00 via GCASH, and I have received Plastic Only. I have also enclosed a copy of our
    purchase order along with this letter. You can check your records. I did not get the products I
    ordered, and we do not want you to re-ship the order as it will consume more time because we
    need it on June 13, 2022 for the preparation of SDO Isabela TVL Congress Contest. For this time,
    we will make arrangements from somewhere else.
