VANNING SURVEY REPORT THIS IS TO REPORT THAT, at the request of XXXXXXXXXXXX SDN. BHD.

, we did attend at
the Xxxxxxxxxx warehouse at Lot xxxxx, Jalan Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx Kelang, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia on 17
August 2023 to inspect and report on the general condition of their cargo described as “WOOD CHARCOAL” packed
in bags. The purpose of our inspection is to carry out an inspection on 3 x 40’ HQ container nos. MRKU 2407513,
SUDU 5702483 and MRKU 38255061. We report our findings as follows: 1.0 CONSIGNMENT PARTICULARS Booking

Wood Charcoal was visually found/felt to be sound at room temperature and ready for the intended shipment. 2.2
The cargo temperature checked and recorded from the bulk consignment was found at 34.8° C 2.3 The cargo
temperature checked and recorded from the bags were found within the range of 32° C to 36.0° C. 2.4 The cargo was
pre-cooled prior to the packing/vanning operation. 2.5 There was no burning smell / odour or presence of smoke

the below listed 3 x 40’ HC container, we found the respective container units were found in apparent satisfactory

ambient temperature and the cargo temperature range during the inspection were recorded and tabulated as

Aug 2023 4.2 Throughout the vanning operation of the above-listed container, the cargo was noted to be without a
burning smell and or the presence of smoke. 5.0 VANNING OPERATION 5.1 In our presence and under the
supervision of the shipper’s representative the wood charcoal in bags were carefully loaded into the respective 03 x
40’ HQ containers without any untoward incident. 5.1.1 The packaging of the wood charcoal in bags was noted to be
in apparent sound condition. 5.1.2 Throughout the vanning operation of the respective container, the cargo was
noted to be without a burning smell and or the presence of smoke. 5.1.3 All packages have been externally inspected
for damage, and only sound packages have been packed. 5.1.4 The containers were observed to be clean, dry and
apparently fit to receive the goods. 5.1.5 The containers and packages therein were properly marked. 5.1.6 The void
space between the cargo top surface and the container’s roof panel was observed to be more than 30cm. 5.1.7 On
completion of the vanning operation, the 03 x 40’ HQ container doors were closed and sealed with its respective
