Registration Process of

Eligible Investors (EIs)/Qualified Investors (QIs)

• Please visit the website of the Electronic Subscription System at

https://www.essbangladesh.com/login.xhtml and click on "EI/QI
Step 1 Registration" button.

• Select "New Registration" button and provide required information in the

respective fields. Please remember/note down the Username and
Step 2 Passwords.

• Then select "Re-print" tab and print the online registration form by
providing Email ID & Password.
Step 3

• Enclose all the required doucments as mentioned in the form and submit
them to Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited or email through
Step 4 ess.lad@dse.com.bd.

Instruction: Please click on “EI/QI Registration” button in the ESS website as directed in the
picture.

Step # 2
Instruction: Provide information in respective fields as directed in the picture and
remember/note down the passwords. Please note that for individual qualified investors, type
“Not Applicable” in the fields “RJSC Reg No” & ‘Regulatory Reg No”.
 Step # 3
Instruction: Then select “Re-print” tab and print the online registration form by providing Email
ID & Password.

Step # 4
Instruction: Please enclose all required documents with printed registration form and submit
them to Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited.
