Process flow for Sub-Registrars(Panchayat Secretaries)

on On-boarding of E-Mudhra Digital Sign


Pre-requisites for Sub-Registrars(Panchayat Secretaries) for On-boarding
of E-Mudhra Digital Sign:

1. Scanning of Signatory passport size photograph - (Upload in jpeg/jpg/png


– formats)
2. Scanning of Organization ID Card - (Upload in jpeg/jpg/png – formats)
3. Scanning of PAN Card - (Upload in jpeg/jpg/png – formats)
4. Keeping of Pancard for entry of PAN Number

Step #1:

District Level Task:

Procedure to Copy the URL from the PD Housing e-Mudhra Login:-

o Login in the Website “https://org.app.e-mudhra.com/index.jsp” with


PD Login Credentials
 Enter User Name
 Enter PIN
 Select the “SMS-OTP” (by default it will be there)
 Click on “Get OTP”
 Enter “OTP” in the Textbox
 Click on “SIGN IN” button
 After Login in the Website with PD Login credentials in Left Vertical Menu
Bar Click on the Link “New KYC Account”
 After Clicking the New KYC Account the below page will displayed and do
the process as explained in image for copy of URL

Sample SRIKAKULAM DISTRICT URL: copied from the PD Housing Srikakulam

Step #2:

Sub-Registrars (Panchayat Secretaries) Task:

 Login with the URL that was received from the PD Housing e-Mudhra
Login for On-boarding of Sub-Registrars(Panchayat Secretaries) for e-
Mudhra Digital Signature as Users.

Screen - 1

 “Updation of Your Information” – The User must fill all the below details
and do the #sub-steps# and Click on “Next” button
o Employee ID
o Name
o Mobile Number
o E-Mail ID
o Date of Birth
o Signatory PAN Number
o Gender
o Organization Unit

#Sub-steps#:

1. Click on “Search” button the below Pop-up window will be displayed


2. Enter the “Organization Unit Name” as “Sub Registrar- Village or
Ward Secretariat” then click on “Search” Button then Click on
“Select” Button as shown below

Step #3: After successful filling of all data in “Screen - 1” Click on


“CONTINUE” button

Step #4: After successful submission of Step 3 the below page will be displayed.

Step #5: Upload the required documents as shown in below and Click on
“PROCEED TO VERIFY” button.
o Signatory Photo
o Organization ID Proof
o PAN Card

Note:

1. Scanning documents must be (Upload in jpeg/jpg/png – formats)


2. The above scanned documents must be below “5MB” size

Step #6: After successful submission of Step 5, the user will be redirected to
the “USER CREDENTIAL PAGE”.

Step #7: The user must fill the following details and follow the below sub-steps
and submit the current page.

o Enter the Desired User Name


o Enter the Desired PIN
o Re-enter the Pin in “Confirm PIN” Text Box

Sub-steps:

o Click on “Get OTP” for entering Mobile SMS OTP


o Click on “Get OTP” for entering e-Mail OTP
o Click the “Check Box” – “I Agree to terms of Subscriber Agreement” which shall be eSigned on
Successful account Creation”
o Click on the “CONTINUE” button
Very Important Points:

****The User must remember the “User Name and PIN” and also keep
noting the “User Name and PIN” in a secure manner for further doing the
Digital Signing process ***

Step #8: After successful submission of “Step 7” the user will be redirected
to “Video Recording” page. The user will do the following steps.

a) Click on “Continue to Video Recording” button


b) Read the Instructions carefully
c) Click on “Continue” Button
d) Click on “Start Recording” Button
e) Read the Message that was shown left side to the Video
f) Show the PAN during Video Recording
g) Show the Organization ID Card during Video Recording
h) Recording the Video minimum 30 Seconds to 60 Seconds
i) Click on “Stop Recording” button
j) Click on “Preview” for verification of Recorded Video
i. If the Recorded Video is found to be satisfied then Click on
“SUBMIT” button
ii. If the Recorded Video is found to be Not-Satisfied then Click on
“Record Again” button to start the Recording Video again and do
the steps again from “d) to i)” and Finally submit the recording by
clicking the “SUBMIT” Button.

Step #9: After successful submission of “Step 8” the Account is sent for
Approval. Further account approval status confirmation message will be
coming to the e-Mail ID that was provided during On-boarding process.
