B. Work Experience
1. Why did you choose to work as an OFW?

I choose to work as an OFW. Because we can’t get the amount of salary here to our
own country.

2. What are the benefits of working abroad?

Get savings building a house permanent job.

3. What are the challenges of working as an OFW?

The challenge of working as an OFW are when I miss my family get homesick
and the job is lack of sleep and lack of food.

4. How do you deal with the challenges?

By praying to the lord that give me strength and bravery to be honest and loyalty.

5. Based from your own experiences, if you were given the choice to work in the Philippines or
abroad, which would you choose? Why?

I will choose abroad. Because if we compare the rate of salary in our country in abroad we
can’t get high enough salary so why I choose to abroad.

6. Give some pieces of advice to those who want to become an OFW.

If you want to become an OFW you need to be prepared to yourself for all trials coming in to
your life you need to be strong and brave because no one can help you except yourself only.

Base from what i notice is all the workers in abroad is struggled too and some of OFW are treat right
and some treated wrong become OFW is being brave and strong in life and challenges.
