applying for the Work Permit to Lithuania with the exclusive services rendered by the company.

HOW TO START THE PROCESS.
1. Choose a job according to the list.

2. Send us an email at nsmanpowercunsultancy99@gmail.com with a good-quality scanned copy of your

Passport. CV/Resume. The email subject should contain “Lithuania work permit” you
need to send all documents/attachments in a single email, (We don’t accept a photo taken from
a mobile)

3. As soon as we receive the document according to our requirements we will send you the
Agreement which you need to sign and make a prepayment of 2000 Euros to start the process.
(NO PREPAYMENT = NO SERVICE)

4. After receiving the prepayment we will submit the documents to the appointed Attorney. Your
work permit invitation Package will be ready within 14 working days.

5. When the work permit is ready we send you the photocopy or scanned copy by email / Whats
app, you will have to make the second payment of 1000 Euros+100 Euros of courier charges
(NO PAYMENT = NO SERVICE)

6. After receiving the second instalment & courier charges we will send the original work permit
invitation along with the supporting documents to your preferred address.

7. Once you receive the original documents you need to book an appointment at VFS GLOBAL
if you don't find VFS GLOBAL in your country you need to book an appointment at
EMBASSY OF LITHUANIA nearby country or assign country. For example : for
Bangladeshi national embassy jurisdiction is India

8. Once you successfully get an appointment, VFS GLOBAL will notify you of an appointment to
visit VFS Center with the original required documents according to the checklist.

9. After getting a visa, you will make the third payment of 1000 Euros before coming to
Lithuania(NO PAYMENT = NO WORK)

10. If your visa gets rejected due to not justifying the purpose of your stay then you need to
prepare a document that helps you to appeal against the embassy's decision and you have to
submit an appeal along with the original work permit at the Embassy/VFS or you may choose to
reapply.

★ Mediation letter electronically submitted through MIGRIS by the Lithuanian institution,

company, organisation (the Visa Office must be provided with the mediation application
number)

★ Visa Support Letter for National Visa D

Documents to be submitted with the visa application

★ Completed Electronic Visa Application Form

★ One recent passport photo 35×45 colourful, white background

★ A valid travel document - passport (containing at least 2 blank pages, issued within the
previous 10 years, its period of validity must exceed the validity period of the requested
visa by at least six months).

★ A valid medical insurance, covering the duration of stay. It must be valid in all
participant states of the Schengen Area. The amount of insurance must not be less than
EUR 30,000.

★ A confirmed Air ticket reservation.

★ Proof of financial means to live in the Republic of Lithuania (a contract of employment
or a statement from a bank account, sufficient means of subsistence equal to 0.5 of the
minimum monthly wage per month - 277 EUR) and to return to the country of his or her

 origin or a foreign country to which the alien has the right to depart sufficient amount of
funds required to return equals to 1 minimum monthly wage – 555 EUR)

★ Consular fee - 120 EUR.
