2. The three-day write shop aims to:

a. prepare the table of specilications using the new format;

b. develop test questions based on the validated TOS;
c. quality-assure the test materials in tenns ofcontent, language, layout and
design;
d. frnalize the test materials based on the findings and recommendations of
quality assurers/ validators; and
e. produce the final version of t€st materia-ls for mass production.

3. To ensure that the test materials are in conformity with the LR technica-l
standards, it is expected that test writers sball follow the technical specilications
below:

7. Participants are expected to bring a copy of the Most Essential Learning

Competencies, a laptop, WIFI, and an extension cord for the workshop.

8. The TLE I, TLE 10, SHS Grade 12 CORE subjects specifically Inquiries,
Investigations, arrd Immersion and specialized subjects shall be school-based. To
facilitate its development, identified writers in the school shall submit the TOS and
test materials to the EPS In-charge of the subject.

9. Teacher-parlicipants shall be entifled to one (1) day of service credit for their
attendance on April l, in accordance wittr DepEd Order No. 53, s. 2003 titled,
"Updated Guidellnes on the Great of Vacatlon Sernlce Creditr to TcacLers',
10. Likewise, non-teaching personnel, including SDO officials in attendance shall be
given compensatory time-off (CTO), as per Civil Service Commission (CSC) and
Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Joint Circular No. 2 s.2OO4 on Non-
Monetary Remuneration for Overtime Service Rendered.

11. Attached are ttre lists of participants, executive c6mmiffs6, and training
matrix.

12. Expenditures relative to the conduct of t1.is activity shall be charged against
the Special Education Fund, while transportation expenses of the participants shall
be charged against school MOOE/local funds, subject to the usual accounting and
auditing rules and regulations.
