Purposes
1. Memastikan kondisi Generator dalam keadaan baik dan siap digunakan apabila terjadi listrik mati
dari PLN
Ensure the condition of Generator in good condition and ready for use in case of power failure from PLN
2. Memastikan keamanan genset agar operator aman saat mengoperasikan
Ensuring the safety o f the generator in order to safety the operator when operating

Policy
1. Tim engineering mempunyai tugas dalam melakukan pengecekan genset tiap hari
The engineering team has the task to check the generator every day
2. Tim engineering bertangung jawab jawab dalam melakukan pemanasan genset
Engineering team responsible for the warming up generator
3. Tim engineering memastikan genset terawat.
The engineering team ensures genset maintained.

Procedures
1. Hal-hal yang perlu diperhatikan sebelum melakukan maintenance sebuah generator adalah sebagai
berikut:
Things that need to be considered before making maintenance a generator is as follows:
a. Pastikan tidak ada pemadaman aliran listrik dari PLN
Ensure no power failure from PLN
b. Posisikan switch pada AMF OFF
Position the switch AMF in OFF
c. Periksa oli mesin, tambah bila kurang
Check the engine oil, refill if less
d. Periksa air radiator, tambah bila kurang
Check the radiator water,refill if less
e. Periksa air ACCU (baterai), tegangan dan kabelnya
Check the water ACCU (battery), voltage and cable
f. Periksa solar di tangki harian beserta valvenya
Check daily tank fuel and valve
g. Periksa V-belt
Check V-belt
h. Siapkan alat dan materi yang diperlukan
Prepare tool and material for maintenance

i. Kapan Genset Harus Dimaintenance
When the Generator should be maintenance
j. Sebelum maintenance lakukan pemanasan/hidupkan generator  10 menit
Before maintenance warming up genset + 10 menit
k. Harian, periksa kondisi dari:
Daily, check condition from:
- Air radiator ditambah bila kurang
Radiator water refill if less
- Oli mesin ditambah bila kurang
Engine oil refill if less
- Air accu (baterai) ditambah bila kurang
Accu water refill if less
- Tangki harian (bahan bakar) ditambah bila kurang
Daily tank fuel refill if less
- Sambungan kabel aki (baterai)
Connecting cable accu (battery)
- Body generator dibersihkan/dilap
Cleaning body generator
- Posisi switch pada AMF
Check position switch AMF
l. Mingguan, perika kondisi dari:
Weekly, check condition from:
- Air radiator ditambah bila kurang
Radiator water refill if less
- Oli mesin ditambah bila kurang
Engine oil refill if less
- Air accu (battery) ditambah bila kurang
Accu water refill if less
- Tangki harian (bahan bakar) ditambah bila kurang

- Sambungan kabel aki(baterai)

- Bodi generator dibersihkan/dilap
Cleaning body generator
- Posisi switch pada AMF

- Lakukan pemanasan/hidupkan  10 menit
Warming up generator + 10 minutes
m. Setiap 200 jam atau paling lama 1 tahun
Every 200 hour or Maximal 1 year
- Ganti oli mesin
Replace engine oil
- Ganti filter oli mesin
Replace filter engine oil
- Periksa V-Belt
Check V-Belt
- Periksa dinamo charger
Check dynamo charger
- Bersihkan filter solar
Cleaning fuel filter
- Bersihkan filter udara
Cleaning air filter
- Bersihkan tangki harian solar (drain)
Cleaning daily tank fuel(drain)
- Periksa panel kontrol mesin
Check engine control panel
- Periksa kondisi generator dan bersihkan

Kencangkan baut baut kendor
Tighten the bolts.
Untuk pergantian filter oli dan udara dilakukan setiap 6 bulan dan service generator ini dilakukan secara
berkala tiap penambahan jam kerja selama 200 jam atau paling lama tiap 1 tahun sampai dengan
generator bekerja selama 4000 s/d 6000 jam setelah itu dilakukan service besar/over haul hal-hal sebagai
berikut :
To replace the oil filter and the air conducted every 6 months and service the generator is done regularly every
additional hour of work for 200 hours or a maximum of every 1 year up to a generator working for 4000 s / d
6000 hours after it was done service large / over haul case -things as follows:
a. ‘4000 s/d 6000 jam overhaul bagian atas (cycle head dibuka/skeer klep)
‘4000 s/d 6000-hour overhaul of the top (head cycle open / skeer valve)
b. ‘8000 s/d 12.000 jam semi overhaul meliputi cycle head, piston, water pump, injector/test nozzle.
‘8000 s / d 12,000 hours of semi overhaul cycle include head, piston, water pump, injector / nozzle test
c. ‘12.000 s/d 15.000 jam overhaul (buka, check dan setel semua bagian-bagian mesin)
‘12,000 s / d 15,000 hours overhaul (open, check and set all engine parts
Setelah selesai melakukan maintenance jangan lupa mengembalikan switch pada AMF dan valve-valve
yang ada
After completing the maintenance do not forget to return the switch to the AMF and valve-existing valve.
