内容 ゴール/ 目的
技術の基礎をマスターする 技術や製品、不具合事例やその調査手法の基礎について学
び、SC 配属後の活躍の基礎を形成する。

日報の記載、シェア（毎日） - 学んだ事を要約し、それに対する自分の感想や疑問点な
ど日々整理し、確認する習慣をつける。
- 日本語にて同僚へシェアし意見交換することで、日本語で
のコミュニケーション能力を向上させる。

① 本日の業務内容

- Attended the audit session with Jonathan, Bee Bee, Mei Yoke and auditor.
- Method to generate a measurement report.

② 達成できたことや成果につながったこと

Auditor Session

- This is a great experience that I can know system of Rohde& Schwarz better.
- Audit is to ensure the quality of measurement.
- Auditor went through the lists with Jonathan, Bee Bee, Mei Yoke, and focused on the trainings of
employees, preventive maintenance, temperature and et cetera.
- Ambient temperature is set as 23±3 Degree Celsius, relative humidity is set as 40±20%.
- There is a master list in SAP that can track the maintenances items.
- OEM stands for original equipment manufacturer. Rodhe & Schwarz can calibrate our own product,
but need to send other companies’ product to OEM to undergoing calibration.

Measurement Report

- Before generating the measurement report, make sure read through the results and ensure all of
them are correct.
- Tweak is used to configure TM - G5 with check/adjust the default setting.
- To generate a customer report without a company confidential watermark, the measurement file
must be transferred.
- When a test has been run, the data is stored on the “measurement file”
- The format is typically “MaterialNo_SerialNo_10X.MF” where: 101 is incoming test,102 is outgoing
test, 10W is correction.
- When tests are complete, we can save the complete report PDF.
- When clicking transfer, there will be a confirmation for transfer of measurement file after that.
- You should now have a customer report with no company confidential watermark.

The important factor of a success VNA calibration can be:

- Ensure cables are connected correctly, do not over bend cable

- Ensure devices are synchronized (10 MHz ref)
- When troubleshooting, be able to check and understand if RF Path/Switch panel is correct
- Use correct torque for OSM (Cal Kit)
General Cal:
- Wear ESD smock + shoes
- Ensure environment is within spec: temperature/humidity

③ 更なるチャレンジが必要だと考えることや改善・工夫をしてみたいこと

Continue to enjoy learning the method and OTJ training in Singapore.

④ 一日を通して印象深かったポイント 3 つとその理由:　

- There is a Hotkey automation idea which can automate daily process. I think it is a good idea.
- Training is one of the important parts in the audit process. I appreciate of getting this such an
opportunity to getting training in Singapore. I wish to continue to contribute effort in RSJP with the
knowledge I gained in the training.
- As an information in RSRHQS, TM-G5 will eventually be replaced by RS Detect. After upcoming
upgrade of UCS2120, some test programs will run on RS Detect. Kit Man will demo RS Detect to
colleague in R&D. I think it is a good opportunity to watch how is the process.
