Improve Molding stability by downtime reduction

Business Case: Project Scope:


In May, T case SIP daily rate is 500kpcs, but Molding average daily •Scope in – KEMET Suzhou, T case, Molding station #8, #16, #21.
output is 390kpcs. And we will increase SIP to 600kpcs in June &
700kpcs from July. So we need improve molding stability to align with
SIP, and well control WIP.
